I blew a tire with only 9,000 miles on my car. I was explained that because it was all-wheel drive, that I would have to replace a 4 tires due to the small amount of tread that was uneven. I bought the 4 tires and was sick to my stomach that this had cost me over 1200.00. The service manager, Donavan told me to get in touch with Corporate Subaru to see if they could help. I just received a check for the full amount of the tires from such a wonderful company. Subaru is who they say they are. I hope everyone reads this. Thank you again, Donavan and Dave from corporate. What a class act… More

This has to be the Worst dealership in the state of minnesota. I brought in my used car for appraisal. The salesman along with some other guy took it out for test drive and came back in 15 mins to give minnesota. I brought in my used car for appraisal. The salesman along with some other guy took it out for test drive and came back in 15 mins to give me a value that is $5000 less than what kbb has given. I immediately decided to leave and went to my car, the salesman followed me and called me inside to give me the actual kbb offer. So what was the initial offer for? LOW BALLING !!!!. Went in not really sure about whether or not to buy. Was really interested in the Subaru Outback. Test drove a Forrester and an Outback. Decided on the Outback and was little disappointed that I would Was really interested in the Subaru Outback. Test drove a Forrester and an Outback. Decided on the Outback and was little disappointed that I would have to wait but I understand the supply issues. However, as we were dealing with Jake, he went back to check with the manager on what we offered and he came back and said that there were 2 Outbacks available. Must have just been delivered. Needless to say I was excited and purchased a silver Outback that day! Very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I am sorry I don't remember the name of the sales manager. He was very helpful also. More
