I had an ongoing problem with the battery going dead. I made an appointment then wrote them a letter explaining exactly the timeline and frequency of its occurring. Fast is an understatement regarding the purchase of my Forester. Walked in at 10 AM looking for pricing and at 4 PM drove home in my new '24 Forester with the options I wanted.
