New Golf Alltrack purchase I made the deal on a Monday, understanding the car would be available on Tuesday. Unfortunately the car that was to be delivered had issue(s). Rather I made the deal on a Monday, understanding the car would be available on Tuesday. Unfortunately the car that was to be delivered had issue(s). Rather than hold the deal up, White Allen replaced the car with the same model (colors, trim, options) with an identical car that had an additional option and the purchase price remained unchanged. I would challenge any other car dealer to do the same. More

What a Whirlwind - WOW! So this is a great example of "bad things happen", but when you make it right, sometimes it actually turns out better! I ordered a new style Audi Q5 So this is a great example of "bad things happen", but when you make it right, sometimes it actually turns out better! I ordered a new style Audi Q5 as soon as I was able. I wanted everything JUST THE WAY I WANTED, so it was a custom order. After waiting for Audi to build it and sharing a car with my husband all summer, it finally arrived in the states.....the exact same time and same place as Hurricane Harvey. Needless to say - no Audi for me. Luckily for me, this dealership was on it. They called me with options as close to the car I wanted as they could find in the entire United States and I could have had a car the next day. Turns out I decided on a Land Rover Discovery - but lucky for me I had multiple types of SUV's to choose from - Jag, Range Rover, Land Rover, Porsche and Audi. Even though it wasn't their fault the car was under water, I feel like they gave me more than a fair price for the Land Rover and they searched the country (yet again) to get me the color combination and options that I wanted so I would be happy. While it was a frustrating experience with Mother Nature, the dealership did all the right things and I'm super happy with my new vehicle! BTW - Ashley in Audi is AMAZING!! He knows everything about those cars and is just informative, not pushy - completely recommend him! More
