What Others Say

Exceptionally rude salesperson named Nathan.....avoid him......maybe you'll do better than we did

I purchased a 2015 Porsche Macan S on 1/10/22 from White Allen Porsche in Dayton, OH. On 2/16/22 I was informed by Porsche Beachwood that the vehicle needed a new ENGINE! Cylinders had been scored however no fault codes or check engine light ever appeared. Of course I notified White Allen via phone and emails only to get no response, even to this day. Luckily I purchased a service contract with a $250 deductible. After 2 weeks of going back and forth with Porsche Financial (service contract) they approved the claim. Beachwood Porsche not the selling dealer has been great with keeping me informed and up to date. There is only one engine for my vehicle in the USA. San Deigo, CA. I am being asked to pay the shipping cost of $2000 to get the engine to Porsche Beachwood. It would seem that the selling dealer, White Allen Porsche would cover even split the cost, since the vehicle was just bought from them. The dealership performing the repair (Beachwood) at least entertained the thought of splitting cost. White Allen has not even returned a call or email. I have left voice messages with Michael Walz, I've sent emails to Finance and to the Salesman who sold me the car. My deductible states $250, the Porsche was less than 30 days old from purchase. Of course why would anyone expect; the right thing to do?

Sold a lemon macan bad water pump they should have known better. I’m sure managers will respond and I will respond right back going to Porsche of the village watch this place

I had a car towed to this dealership. They could not find my car or the keys. The guy has lied to me and told me it was getting worked on when in fact I could still see it in the parking lot. Would not recommend this dealership

I would give 0 stars if possible. I've bought a lot of cars in my time and I have never been so disrespected as I was when trying to buy a car from this place. They apparently had it mis-advertised as a certified car, on many different sites, including their own. Gave me many different stories on how it happened, then tried to extort another $3k out of me to make it the way they advertised it. In the process they were pushy, rude and condescending. The most unprofessional place I've ever tried to work with, even from someone claiming to be the brand manager. BUYER BEWARE!!

Porsche Salesman was good but the finance department messed up the paper work multiple times which resulted in not receiving the first billing statement till the day after it was due. Very annoying having to drive back and forth an hour each way just to sign paperwork that was forgotten while there the first time and then having to go back to again to resign paperwork that was put in wrong the first time.
