The loner was ready, and I was out the door. Now my A4 runs better than ever. It is safe to say that not all dealers treat service with the same degree of support. Even though I did not purchase my car from White-Allen, the service department treats me as if I had -- and truly goes the extra mile to make me feel confident in the care of my Audi. Scott will take the time to explain long-term care as well as the interval service. He also listens, which is not the case at every dealer. Everyone at White-Allen, from the salespeople to the service people to the nice ladies at the check out counter, are polite and seem happy to be there. More
