Matt and Don exceeded expectations such that within a half hour of first call we had agreed tentative terms and I was on road to Cinciinnati. Rest of the purchase process also very easy and businesslike, which I strongly prefer. Stephanie in finance also respectful of our time and made that part smooth and quick as well. Lastly, normally I just don't like spending much time with salesmen after finishing the deal, as last few times I think I knew more about the car, specs, and tech than they did. Not the case with Matt. He took his time explaining everything v well, which was necessary as tbis auto has more tech than any car I've ever seen. Very well done by whole team. More
