Coming from a 15' Veloster Turbo and going into a Certified Pre-Owned Mazda 6 Grand Touring!! They helped me every step of the way and their customer service was spectacular! When I first arrived at this dealer to check out a Mazda 6 Touring, I spoke to Micheal Gilliard about it. We test drove the car and I loved it! Although, I did want a Grand Touring Mazda 6 because of it's features and after a quick discussion with sales manager Aaron, he assured me he will find me a car that I truly wanted. He then discovered a nice Pearl White Mazda 6 that fit my bill. It was a long wait but it finally arrived at the dealer almost 2 weeks later and I was amazed! Test drove it, to ensure that this is the car I truly wanted and even when I was on the edge about the decision, Aaron wanted me to loan the car out for the day, to aid my decision. I happily accepted and was completely sold over when I came back to My Whaling City the following day. And drove it home under my name that very night. The new sales manager, Philipo (forgot his last name, sorry) got me the car within my price range and I happily accepted! Overall my experience with My Whaling City has been excellent! I just want to thank Micheal Gilliard for selling me the car, he has excellent customer service and always makes you feel welcomed!
