Whaling City service was originally recommended by a discerning friend. That was over ten years ago. Service has always been honest, effective, and prompt. Thanks guys! More than once they completed repairs for us the same or next day with no advance appointment. Recently it made economic sense to move to a newer vehicle. Dan Corriveau was recommended to us. Dan was very familiar with the inventory and knew the workings of all the latest technology. Dan is professional while being low key and more like a next door neighbor than a car salesman. To make a long story shorter, we bought two certified Fords within the past three months, both from Dan. At the time of delivery, the entire process was efficient and focused - all with appreciative smiles on both sides. I don't expect other than routine service for some time, but I know that Jeff, Tim and the rest of the service staff will take good care of us. My wife recently had an issue with her new car. I was unavailable, so she took Dan up on his offer to always help if needed. It turned out that my wife had simply pushed a wrong button. Dan asked the right questions, diagnosed the problem, and talked her through the correction. I wholeheartedly recommend Whaling City! More

I purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang Convertible! I test drove an earlier model but decided I wanted a newer model, they didn't have one but were able to get me one the next day. My experience with Whaling City Ford was incredible. Mitch, the salesman I worked with, was super friendly and very attentive to my concerns yet not pushy or aggresive in any way. He was personable and polite and very knowledgeable with the vehicle I was interested in. A real class act! From there I met with Darnell, the sales manager, and Dean, the finance director, and both were very easy to talk to and work with to get my purchase completed. Even the general manager, Filippo, was very approachable and genuinely seemed to care about my needs. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Whaling City to anyone. Did not buy but was treated very well I was comparing the 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie with the 2019 Ford F150 Lariat. Alberto and Darnell were very accommodating and Darnell tried 6 ways to Sund I was comparing the 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie with the 2019 Ford F150 Lariat. Alberto and Darnell were very accommodating and Darnell tried 6 ways to Sunday to beat the RAM quote I was given. Darnell is a very knowledgeable professional who used to be NAVY so Navy folk ask for Darnell and he'll work his dangest to help you out. If I'm ever in the market for a Ford again I'd be looking for people like Darnell. More
