I’m a little late on my review. But last month I walked into Waling City ford to view a specific car. I was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to get the car I was looking at. Angel Torres little wor into Waling City ford to view a specific car. I was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to get the car I was looking at. Angel Torres little worked his magic and I was able to walk out of whaling city ford with a 2012 Ford Focus. Way better than the 1994 Honda Accord I had. I’m very grateful ! His service was excellent ! More

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ. Im a disable vet. I went to whaling city to purchase a newer truck. I met a salesman Oscar Garcia. We sat down at his desk. Shows me the sticker price. Gives me a great deal on whaling city to purchase a newer truck. I met a salesman Oscar Garcia. We sat down at his desk. Shows me the sticker price. Gives me a great deal on my older truck. He secures a loan and tells me to refinance in six months. Six months later I'm trying to refinance and having trouble because the newer truck is valued less then what i owe on the truck. So I just wanted to say BUYER BEWARE and I hope this helps other people. I am commenting on the response. First of all Mr. Garcia told me the newer truck was valued at 54000 and he'd take my truck in on a 12000 for a total around 42000 which I paid. The NEWER VEHICLE was only worth 38000. THATS THE ISSUE. More

Experience with Joseph Lamonica My friend Linda needed to finalize her lease but the dealership she had worked with for years (who shall remain nameless in this review but who will b My friend Linda needed to finalize her lease but the dealership she had worked with for years (who shall remain nameless in this review but who will be called out if anyone asked me directly) did not help her. We went to Whaling City Ford and met with Joseph Lamonica. He was fantastic. He worked with Linda to get her into a vehicle that she could afford and without the usual hassle of buying a car. All of the people we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership and will likely go there when I need a new vehicle. Additionally...they play great music in the showroom and to top it off great snacks and a GONG to ring to celebrate!! Thanks Joe!! You really helped a person in need!! More
