Whaling City Ford responded

This customer’s “wonderful” salesman was her son. And he is, I agree, a wonderful salesman. He also co-purchased the car with his mother. We relied on him for all details, including how to fix the problem when Connecticut DMV declined to register the car. We thought that he had kept his mother informed about the problem and its solution. I would prefer not to discuss in public the personal details of the transaction. No money was stolen. In retrospect, I deeply regret that we did not deal directly at all points with our employee’s mother. We should not have relied on the family connection. Finally, I invite all readers of this message to visit Whaling City, meet our staff, including everyone named in the complaint, and then decide for themselves how we treat our customers. Thank you.

MR CHUCK PRIMUS -- You are by far the worst owner. ever in my 50 years of buying cars --- I see that you do not have my rating or review published on your own website -- WHY NOT? WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF?? I told you from the beginning when I spoke with you that I paid the all the expenses with the DMV and that my son had nothing to do with the car -- that you were to respond directly with me and you never bothered to even call me back after the first discussion - Your service is also the worst - -- I am reporting you and your dealership to Ford and to the Ford community -- I will tell everyone that you did steal my money and that you will return a lousy 160 registration fee after I had to repay it -- because you did not register the vehicle - you cancelled the papers yourself and sent it in as a title only -- I will now also go to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND the state of CT Consumer Affairs since you have not returned my money! I will also continue to post on many other auto websites! I do see some of the reviews on Darnell W and Others -- not very good some of them are they??? Deb G
