That said we got the help we needed we were taken care of we were not pressured into anything we didn't want, funny part is in 2005 we bought a used ranger.. this time we bought a used F150. We got a decent price and a whole lot of bells and whistles on our new(used) truck just like we did with ranger! I know both my husband and I felt that Daniel, Aaron and Greg did all they could do to get us into truck we wanted at price we were happy with so thank you guys! We had an estimate for repair that made us consider a newer truck vs repair old and hope it lasts longer. Service referred us to sales, where we worked with Angel Torres to investigate our options & get a price for our trade in. We first said we wanted a used Heavy Duty. After further investigation (with no push from Angel) we decided to go new. Angel found many options that met our preferences allowing us to weigh price vs features. At no point did Angel try to push us to more expensive options. Additionally, we did not want to spend hours at the dealership, so Angel was able to work via email, sending us truck options and we could narrow down what we wanted. When we finalized our choice, the paperwork part only took 1.5 hours and we left with a new truck. We are happy to do business with Whaling City, both in sales and service. (We do all our service there.) More
