Unfortunately, Whaling City has ignored multiple phone calls and emails requesting my $368 refund for the balance of new vehicle registration fees (I was an out-out-state buyer). The finance person disput calls and emails requesting my $368 refund for the balance of new vehicle registration fees (I was an out-out-state buyer). The finance person disputed the official published fee schedule information then stated it was not relevant as I would be refunded the difference. Even after contacting the owners, it’s now been almost 4 weeks since I took delivery and expect they will never refund me. Based on my experience, I would say Whaling City is a “stealership”. More

Terrible service. The reason I stay away from car dealerships. I brought my car in to get the heating system checked out. The mechanic said that I needed a new thermostat so I had it replaced. When I picked my car up I was told “your heat is hotter than ever”. I drove around with the car for about a week and could tell that the heat WAS NOT “hotter than ever”. I called ford back to tell them what was wrong and I was told to bring my car back in but I would still have to pay for whatever the problem was. A week after I got the thermostat “fixed” my car broke down on the side of the road, the reason was because I had a cracked thermostat housing unit. I took my car to another auto shop and they fixed the unit but told me I needed another thermostat and that the thermostat housing unit should have been replaced when I brought my car to Ford. 0/10 would recommend anyone brings their car to whaling city ford for auto work. More

It is really sad when you drive 40 minutes to buy a new car. Now two months later there is a shimmy in the steering. I have been a customer for 45 years. The sales people where nothing special as well, this also includes the owners promises he made with us. It is under new management. Will no longer go to this dealership. Totally done with them. More

We specifically asked for a call back if the car was sold as we were going to be driving 1hr half to dealership We get to dealers Fusion sel 2020.
