We apologize for any miscommunication that may have occured. When we set the appointment the vehicle was available. We even took the time to pull it up for you so it was right there when you arrived. However, a deposit was not left on it so when another customer walked up and started viewing it, we called you to let you know. We knew you were on the way which is why we called you back to let you know. Unfortunately it did sell just before your arrival. We are a volume dealership so vehicles do sell quickly and unexpectedly. Again, we apologize but we did what we could and did inform you every step of the way.
