I'm 41 and have bought several vehicles in my time. Sadly, this was my son's first-time experience buying from a dealership. We get there ready to pay their asking price just to be told they have to mark it up another $4,995 for a 30-day warranty and them getting it ready to sell. I told them we would only pay the asking price plus TTL. They persisted on trying to put extra charges on the asking price. At the end they tacked on $1,100 or so to the asking price saying it was a bank fee for first time buyers. My son was tired of it and just wanted to leave with the truck. I told him we could walk away but he was fine with paying the fee. Again, this place is a horrible place to buy a vehicle. More
0 Stars - xxxx This Place! #2 if i could give less stars i would. after talking with sales we agreed on a price for a 2021 Ram. i told them that i would finance through my cr #2 if i could give less stars i would. after talking with sales we agreed on a price for a 2021 Ram. i told them that i would finance through my credit union. they tried for over 45 min. to convince me to finance through their finance. i told them that i would return the next day with a check from my credit union. the next day i tried calling West way ford (since 9am) to have them send over documents to finalize the sale. i could not get anyone to get me the document or return my call. 2 days later i still cant get a call back. i had my friend call just to ask about the truck, and now he cant get them to stop calling him. (what a joke) i guess my $54,000 check isn't enough for west way ford. SPECIAL THANKS FOR NOTHING going out to sales team; Kelsey Grammer Edwin Luis people if you can. finance through a credit union, you will save a lot more money than you would through their finance. as you can see they are ghosting me for a reason. Horrible experience with the collision department still going through. I had my car serviced for claim through my insurance. I was responsible for a $500 deductible. At the time and still currently going t going through. I had my car serviced for claim through my insurance. I was responsible for a $500 deductible. At the time and still currently going through a financial hardship that issues with my bank for my payment was returned I spoke to will in the collision center was advised to run a check contact me with further problems, I would work to resolve the issue. I received no further contact from will or his manager Kevin although is my neglect negligence not to follow up and get the assure the amount was paid. To my surprise I woke up to my car being gone I was under the impression it might have been stolen or repossessed through my lender it's actually westway Ford came and removed the vehicle from my yard and said illegal repossession for wrongful reposition. But no knowledge no communication no attempt to try to rectify the issue my car is I have a closed gate around my yard they open the gate during the middle of the night drag the car down my driveway and then took it to the dealership. I'm an advice I will be responsible for $750: repossession fee on top of the $500 deductible house I recovered the $500 deductible as I was responsible for but have no means of paying the 750 for having my car towed less than Three City blocks. Kevin the manager of the collision department was not able to give me a receipt for they pay the $750 although he said it is paid I have no point of contact with this repossession company to dispute their tactics, potential damage to my vehicle and my gate and why the $750 fee is way above the current average. Initially I was angry and then I tried to speak to Kevin to appeal to his sensibility he showed no empathy no compassion. When I question and confronted him about the amount and why there was no attempt by him to contact me he insisted that he called but there are no phone records there are no missed calls no voicemails. He began to get escalated and offended at the idea of me calling him a liar which I did not I just let him know that what he was saying was not accurate. Threaten me we calling the authorities if I did not leave and not to return to his facility unless I had my $750 this was my fifth vehicle that I bought for last week Ford hold on going through financial hardships apparently and it's a matter of I cannot work without my car I cannot pay the 750 and still be able to make my own payments I cannot work without my car I'm there for not able to make my own payments. I've asked to try to do a payment plan I've reached out to the general manager and have had no response when I spoke to a sales manager their effort was to sell me another car and kept me in the dealership for almost 3 hours this has been a horrible life-changing experience Kevin you should be ashamed I know you have a job to do but you should have some compassion who in the right mind would make a business decision just pay $750 to recovery fee internet eventually done the responsible thing and pay the $500 fee you would have been out $1,250. You've lost a customer for life More
This place is terreribleeeeee! !!!! And I never write reviews .. like ever ! But I really have to express how terribly I was treated. Stephen was the absolute worst, obviously wanti !!!! And I never write reviews .. like ever ! But I really have to express how terribly I was treated. Stephen was the absolute worst, obviously wanting to take advantage of a female first time buyer. Lied and said my trade-in wouldn’t start AND asked to see proof of my form of payment before successfully helping me settle on a choice of car. I’ve been to other dealerships and Westway Ford is the epitome of dealerships you should avoid. More

While on the phone they discussed the listing price which fell inline with our budget of 30k. We both took time away from our careers and drove to your dealership at 2pm. We drove the vehicle and noticed a few items of concern. There was a smell to the vehicle, it had not been detailed and a bumper cover was broken. Our sales rep said he would inquire about items which became time consuming. When we finally began discussing numbers we said we would pay the listed price of $28,100 = tax, title and doc fees. We also agreed to pay the $450 out of our pockets to repair the broken bumper cover. We let Denver know we would be paying cash for the car. To our surprise he told us cash was not king and it was unlikely that the dealership would accept our offer of your asking price! We were in disbelief at what we were hearing. We asked that he take our deal to your finance manager. After waiting another 30 mins he came back and told us that your management declined our offer; which was your marketed and listed asking price! He said the finance office had another interested party with poor credit that would enable the dealership to make more $$ on the sale. We were told this after 3hrs of our time wasted at your dealership. So my question, is this standard practice on how you run your business? This dealership uses deceptive marketing advertising to get prospects in and then switch it up once they have arrived at the dealership. Complete lack of integrity and transparency and total disregard to prospects' valuable time. More

These people are absolute crooks. Price gouging at every turn. Stay far away as they are not in the least concerned with reasonable deals. Price gouging at every turn. Stay far away as they are not in the least concerned with reasonable deals. More

We were lied to by sales, finance, manage etc. They ad warranties you don’t ask for and then say they’ll have them taken off but dont. This is against the law. And now this truck is broke down at Ford with $16,000 in work. Obviously they only care about making money and turning cars around quickly. They never did their due diligence to service and make sure this truck was road worthy. More

Told them where I wanted my payments, my credit was a 781. Brought me back a paper saying over 1000 a month, 12% interest, and over 43000 for the truck. Added on “dealer prep”. Scam artists for sure.
