My mother had her vehicle brought in to have her transmission checked. The dealership told her there was nothing wrong after the car waited in the lot for 2 weeks to be checked. She continued to hav transmission checked. The dealership told her there was nothing wrong after the car waited in the lot for 2 weeks to be checked. She continued to have problems for a month and brought it to another repair shop that immediately found a coded issue. Those mechanics brought it in to Westway themselves and ran the SAME scan and it popped up positive. My mom has now been driving on a faulty transmission for a month. They then say it will be 45 days to fix it, and did NOT give her a loaner car. Who does that? The repair shop gave my mom a car for free to use out of their own kindness even though they had nothing to do with the issues with the car. Westway said they didn’t have a loaner car. I asked them to reimburse American Autotech(the good repair shop) as they had one she could use. They refused. They will misdiagnose your problem and you will have to get someone else to figure out what’s going wrong. Then you will not be given a car to use while it’s being fixed even if it is their fault it wasn’t fixed 6 weeks ago. I asked to speak to the Gm and one group of sales reps said he was in a meeting. The front desk told me he wasn’t in at all. Then I called my mom to say I was going to write this negative review. They told me to get off the phone or they would call the Police! It’s pretty sad that their customer service is this poor. More

This dealership is absolutely amazing, Daisy my dales lady made the whole process as simple as possible. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE WESTWAY SERVICE ! MY TRUCK WAS THERE 1 MONTH AND 2 WEEKS WITH NOTHING DONE. I HAD TO PHYSICALLY DRIVE TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE IN THE SERVICE DEPT B MY TRUCK WAS THERE 1 MONTH AND 2 WEEKS WITH NOTHING DONE. I HAD TO PHYSICALLY DRIVE TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE IN THE SERVICE DEPT BECAUSE NOONE WOULD RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. ANOTHER 2 WEEKS WENT BY AND I RECEIVED 3 DIFFERENT STORIES ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK WITH PRICE RANGING FROM $4500.00, THEN $1200.00 THEN $1400.00 -$1500.00 THEY SAID THEY GOT MY TRUCK REPAIRS CONFUSED WITH ANOTHER TRUCK SAME COLOR. I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH, PICKED UP MY TRUCK TO FIND THE WINDSHIELD CRACKED FROM DRIVERS SIDE TO PASSENGER SIDE AND UP THE WINDSHIELD. THEY FIXED NOTHING ON MY TRUCK THAT HAS BEEN IN THEIR SHOP 4 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR THE SAME THING, NO COSIDERATION TO THAT THE PROBLEM HAS NEVER BEEN FOUND, THEY HAVE FILED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AGAINST MY EXTENDED WARRANTY, THEN ATTEMPTED TO FILE ANOTHER $4500 AGAINST MY EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THE WRONG TRUCK. TOOK NO OWNERSHIP OF THE DAMAGE DONE TO MY WINDSHIELD. WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMER'S OF WESTWAY FORD FOR 25+ YEARS AND HAVE BOUGHT MANY FORD VEHICLES, WE ARE FORD RETIREES AS WELL , WE HAVE REFERRED NUMEROUS FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO WESTWAY, I WILL MAKE SURE THEY ALL KNOW OF THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED AND I WILL NEVER SET A FOOT BACK IN THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP ! THEIR NEW SERVICE DIRECTOR IS A COMPLETE JOKE AS THEY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN FORD VEHICLES, THEY CAME FROM ACURA DEALERSHIP. WORST MISTAKE EVER WAS TO GET RID OF THEIR OLD SERVICE MANAGER/DIRECTOR JAMES. Joseph in service is horrible, poor communication, I brought my car in for a service recall on Feb 18, Joseph stated service would take up to 4hours, well 6 hours later of him not returning calls, I go brought my car in for a service recall on Feb 18, Joseph stated service would take up to 4hours, well 6 hours later of him not returning calls, I go back up to the dealer only to find out they had to order wires, that according to him would be in the next day, Joseph advise he would have some pickup my vehicle on Mon. Feb 20 at 7:30 am and he would also call to let me know when they're on the way, 7:30 never got here, I call a few times, rep said she would send message over for high priority, a return call never happened, this was a waste of my time on Friday, as well as Monday waiting, I wouldn't recommend no one to this dealer for service, nor to even purchase a vehicle with this type of poor customer service, don't waste your time at this dealer. More

I had the great opportunity to meet Myles Nash at Westway Ford while looking for a car/truck. He was so helpful and informative from the start.
