I would give zero stars if I could. I tried to get a quote on a new vehicle that I saw on their website. I spoke to someone via text as well as phone. They refused to give me a price quote unless I drove to their dealership. DFW is a huge area. In addition, I live a few hours away. I explained this to the guy on the phone and via text. I was told they would speak to the manager and get back to me. They never responded. I followed up MULTIPLE times. Still no response. They simply refused to give me a quote. I chose to buy a Bronco at a different location who had a quote ready for me within five minutes of asking for one. More

I took my F150 in for an oil change Friday, August 18, 2023 around 10:00 - 10:30. It took them 6 hours to complete my oil change. Worst service I have experienced in all the times I have taking my truck 2023 around 10:00 - 10:30. It took them 6 hours to complete my oil change. At one point I thought I wanted a new truck. Westway had the truck I thought I wanted. After speaking with them it did not have the 5th wheel prep. So the sales guy called me a week later saying Westway had the truck I thought I wanted. After speaking with them it did not have the 5th wheel prep. So the sales guy called me a week later saying he had another one. I was over it and asked him to take me off the call list. Now I receive calls weekly almost daily about trucks from different salespeople. I have asked everyone to take me off the list, and they won't do it. So when I decide to buy a new truck it won't be from them. More
