I couldn't get my car started one Saturday morning. I called one Ford dealership and they offered to look at sometime Monday. Had radiator replaced picked up a gallon low of fluid & mechanic left all tools under the hood.Returned to dealer to have it checked out their excuse was air bubble. The overflow tank was dry they topped & mechanic left all tools under the hood.Returned to dealer to have it checked out their excuse was air bubble. The overflow tank was dry they topped it off with water no antifreeze now I have a risk of that freezing and breaking that. No explaination of why the tools were under the hood. Then they let me stand there for 30 minutes before they would give me my keys that was punishment I guess. More
