NOWAY FORD, they back dated contract, added down payment to contract as additional fees, sd temporary cosigners without it on the contract,and make a terrible experience in buying a car. Jeff is a very ethuastic and charismatic person really made me feel at home and apart of the family at Westway Ford. I was worried that the deal we spoke about would change when I arrived but it didn't he made me feel at home and apart of the family at Westway Ford. I went there to purchase a vehicle. I made a appointment and cancelled but rescheduled. I went to the dealership only to find the vehicle sold. One of the sales rep was was trying to get pertinent informa and cancelled but rescheduled. I went to the dealership only to find the vehicle sold. One of the sales rep was was trying to get pertinent information or more or less badgering me instead of treating me accordingly. They wanted me to hang around and put me in a vehilce so I left. I received a phone call from the original sales rep and he and his sales manager told me to come back. I had other obligations to take care of. So I went to Grapevine Ford where the staff knows how to allow people to be a customer. The sales manager called me and assured me that they could have me in a similar vehicle. So I traveled out of my way some 40 miles just to sit in the dealership 10 minutes before closing and the sale rep claimed that it was some issues. I think that they waisted my time and I wasnt given a legitmate reason. I did buy from Grapevine Ford so - Westway, you guys need to take notes on how to treat people from Grapevine Ford and I hate the fact that I even went there and I assured my counterparts to never go to that substandard dealership. More
I TOLD THEM EVERYTHING ABOUT MY SITUATION AND I WAS IN A NEGATIVE EQUITY POSITION WHEN I WENT TO THEM 1 MONTH AGO. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM WESTWAY FORD ON WEDNESDAY THE 14 DAY OF MARCH, THEY SAID WE HAVE GRE NEGATIVE EQUITY POSITION WHEN I WENT TO THEM 1 MONTH AGO. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM WESTWAY FORD ON WEDNESDAY THE 14 DAY OF MARCH, THEY SAID WE HAVE GREAT REBATES AND WE CAN GET YOU APPROVED NO PROBLEM PLEASE COME SEE US AGAIN, WELL GUESS WHAT WHEN I GET THEIR AFTER ALL OF THE WAITING AND PICKING OUT A CAR THEY SAID WE COULD NOT GET YOU APPROVE. I SPOKE TO NICK AND DAMION AND EXPRESSED MY DISSAPOINTMENT WHY DID THEY HAVE TO CALL ME BACK AND MAKE ME GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS AGAIN. I WAS HONEST FROM THE START ABOUT ALL OF MY INFORMATION AND THEY DID NOT RETURN THE SAME COURTESY TO ME, NOTHING BUT LIES More
I bought a truck that had check engine light on. I told them I would not take possession of it till it was serviced and light turned off. They agreed. Everyday I had to call to check on the status of my truck. I was always told they were gonna go check on it and call me back. I never got a return call for any of my inquiries. This has gone on daily for a week. Finally they say they are not gonna fix the truck cause it will cost them too much money. I drove all the way over there again. I asked for my money back and they agreed. They said they hadnt put my check through. After waiting for awhile they informed me they would mail my check back to me this week. The very next day they cashed my check!! So they have my money and still have the truck and still won't return phone calls. More
Don't darken the doorway of this dealership. We called to ask about a vehicle, were given all the information, and told Omar we were coming in to look at it. We got a babysitter, drove across town (fight to ask about a vehicle, were given all the information, and told Omar we were coming in to look at it. We got a babysitter, drove across town (fighting horrendous traffic in Grapevine) and arrived only to find the car had been (gasp) sold just a few hours earlier. Really? We had just called two hours ago. Of course, Omar preceded to attempt to talk us into financing some different cars that were several thousand dollars over our budget. As we angrily walked out of the dealership, we were met by another customer in the parking lot who had experienced the same thing. We were so put off by the blatant lies of the Westway Ford employees that on our way home, we called back to ask about the same vehicle. AGAIN, they lied to us and said, "Oh yes, the vehicle is here, come take a look." Bait and switch, bait and switch, bait and switch. This is no way to treat customers. These guys are unethical liars and I wouldn't do business with them if they tried to give me a free car. Stay away. More
