During my first service, I was introduced to Johnny Crecy and wow I was completed blown away with his top notch service and treating the customer with respect, all while explaining the services needed. Honestly, I've dealt with Infiniti dealerships in the past and Johnny provides better service than they ever did. I highly recommend him and have had the pleasure of him being my go-to Westway service contact for all my service needs. To date, Johnny has been honest and extremely helpful during all my visits all with a smile. 5 star service is what Westway and Johnny is about and I truly appreciate it! More

Hated the place after buying from them and getting screwed out of $200. I know we were screwed since I was the saleman and my wife was the buyer. They never made it right and I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy. More
