My worst ever used car shopping experience. They were deceptive and dishonest. I was sold a Lemon never gave me a copy of the so called 172 point safety inspection the salesman claimed they do. Been frustrating dealing with a bunch of young kids running a huge car dealership and now real knowledge or Customer Service Skills. Upper Management is hard to contact, they want give out their number or even have them to return your call. I was given the cold shoulder treatment once I demanded the Lemon Car they sold me be repaired. Please take your car business elsewhere and save your Hard Earned Money and being very frustrated and disappointed. More

Do NOT come to this dealership. Truck online priced at $35k I come in to buy it and my first write up was $45k. They added $5k worth of “options” on the truck (it’s a 2020) if the truck is so clean why would it need $5k worth of “options”. Sales managers are very deceitful. They lowballed my trade I’ve been to 4 other Ford Dealerships this past weekend and they gave me the lowest bid by $3k. They act like they’re doing you favors but when you say no they turn into the rudest people ever. I honestly don’t understand how this dealership gets any sales I feel bad for anyone who signs anything at this place. More

The worst! No one answers the phone. Had a recall on my vehicle they kept my vehicle for several weeks totally destroyed it kept bringing it back each time more No one answers the phone. I advise you to never purchase a car from this dealership. I made the mistake of buying one from this dealership and on the way home and my front right tire blew out and they refused to help me or dealership. I made the mistake of buying one from this dealership and on the way home and my front right tire blew out and they refused to help me or replace it. Later on I figured out that both headlights were out and the horn doesn't work. Then my keyfob became disconnected with the car to top it off. The dealership insisted I tow the car back to their dealership only to let the vehicle sit for two weeks. I finally had to have my car towed off the lot. At which time I noticed they had already sold my trade in. The night I had to tow my car off the lot would be the first time I actually saw the final contract. It was printed out and the numbers were completely different then what I had originally signed. I had initially asked for a copy of the contract the night I got the car, but the finance manager told me their printer was broke and it was already 11pm, before they let us leave. She assured me that she would email it to me right away that very night. Another humorous/horrifying event happened as if this wasn't already enough. When they also handed me an NDA to sign with the contract and the salesman and the finance manager at this point were backing me and my fiance into a corner stating that, "if we didn't sign the NDA that the deal was off" So I acted like I was going to sign them only to pull out my camera to snap some photos of the extortionary sales tactics Westway Ford relies on to screw over the consumer every possible step of the way.
