Bait & Switch Was looking for a used car found a manager special on the internet and submitted my information after hours stating I was interested. The next morning I got a phone call and then I got another phone call, then I got two emails and all before 11 o'clock in the morning. Finally the last phone call I got I verified the car was still available and the price. I set an appointment up for 3 o'clock in the afternoon. This dealership was 30 miles away from me. I arrived a little before to 3 o'clock. When I arrived I was on the phone and still in my vehicle when I was immediately approached by a vulture that followed me around like a little puppy dog. I broke my conversation and told the salesperson I had an appointment then I went back to my conversation. When I did finally go into the sales office I was not greeted again but I saw the gentleman who had first came out and asked him for my sales person by name. He did not say a word to me but rather walked away went into a little glass office then walked out sat at his desk. A few minutes went by and I heard a voice coming from this glass cage that said that my salesperson was in training. A few more minutes went by and finally the manager came out and begin to assist me. I explain to him the car that I was there to see and he proceeded to take me to it, but, it was a different car. Again, I explain to him that was not the car was looking for and he went to go get the next set of keys, again not the car I was there to see, he then began to explain that they had sold 2 cars that morning and that they one I was there to see might have been one that was sold. Finally my sales person I had spoken to earlier arrived and before they were able to sit down and talk to me the manager called them into the office. Finally about 20 minutes after my arrival I'm told that the car I was there to see was sent to auction. Now mind you this is four hours after I had made my appointment they had my phone number they had my email address. I was not told that the car was not going to be there but rather was showed two other vehicles that were similar after I told them I only was there to look at the one. Thanks for the waste of time and gas. Wouldn't never shop this dealership again. More

I had a goal of exactly what I wanted....and not only did I get it but the entire process was stress free (which is rare when you buy anything nowadays). I drove away 100% satisfied and I actually look forward to buying another car from Westway. More

Best car buying experience ever! Joshua Williams, James Parker, Jack Mangum, Zachary Barnes and one other gentlemen that I cannot remember his name, all provided outstanding service! Joshua Williams, James Parker, Jack Mangum, Zachary Barnes and one other gentlemen that I cannot remember his name, all provided outstanding service! They all were courteous, well mannered, personable, helpful and attentive. Each one of them kept checking with me, making sure everything was good as well as checking to see if I needed anything. They all did an outstanding job but Joshua Williams is a very impressive young man. All of the characteristics I have mentioned above, Joshua took each of them to an even higher level. It was so refreshing to interact with all these gentlemen but especially this exceptional and wonderful young man, Joshua. Westway has a real gem in Joshua and I pray he excels with Westway and everything he does in life! He definitely is the kind of employee Westway should be extremely proud of! This is the 3rd Ford I have purchased at Westway and the best experience ever! More

Bad experience This review is for their pre-owned department. This place is BAIT AND SWITCH. I don't know why such high rating in Google when 2 star in Yelp. I called to confirm that they had it. The sales person said "Sure, Come on down". I went there, and he said they don't have it anymore. Someone bought and took it but will bring it back because the paperwork didn't go through. Why bringing me in the first place if you don't have the car. STRIKE ONE! 4 hours after I left the dealer, I got a call that the car is ready. I drove to the dealer to find out the rear fender has a big scrape. That damage was nowhere in the picture they posted online. STRIKE TWO!! I asked them if they would fix it. They said they would, but the repair cost would be added to the final price. I asked them if they would take the repair cost off of list price, they said they would go down some. Basically, they wanted to start negotiating with the damage as is. STRIKE THREE!!! Other cars were priced at retail price, so if you see any lower than usual price from this place, assume that the car has some issue. They won't tell you that over the phone, so expect the unpleasant surprise. More
