Horrible experience in Used Department I just experienced the worst buying experience in my 25 years of buying cars. Jose in the Used Cars department is the salesman that gives car dealersh I just experienced the worst buying experience in my 25 years of buying cars. Jose in the Used Cars department is the salesman that gives car dealerships very bad reputations. My 20 year old daughter purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion Tuesday evening and had to leave it for service. She was told that she would be able to pick her car up Thursday after some service had to be done to it. She called multiple times and finally got a call back saying her car would be ready for pick up at 7:30pm. We drove from Duncanville to Irving to find out the car keys were missing and they couldn’t find the Service Members phone number. Upon complaining to a Director in the New Car department another Manager who presented himself as Jose’s manager became aggravated and upset because we were upset that a car we had purchased keys were lost and no one had the courtesy to call before we made the drive to simply say “we can’t find your keys, please pick it up tomorrow.” I hate it for my daughter because this is her first experience purchasing a car and she had the misfortune off interacting with Jose. The guys in the new car department were helpful but she wants the car she has already purchased. Thank goodness I was there to guide her through but Jose is a bad representation for West Way Ford. Hopefully the threats of cancelling a deal from the Used car department manager is overriding by the Dealership Directors because being vindictive is totally unprofessional and shouldn’t be tolerated in any company. I sure hope this turns out for the best for my daughter. More

They Damaged my Vehicle if you care about your car, go anywhere BUT westway ford. Talk about the worst service experience i’ve ever had. Horrific customer service, and zero q if you care about your car, go anywhere BUT westway ford. Talk about the worst service experience i’ve ever had. Horrific customer service, and zero quality control. They had my car for 3 weeks trying to fix my seat and ended up not being able to do it, well actually, they had no idea what they were doing. When I picked up my car, it was covered in scratches and dents, and the interior was also scratched. They couldn’t even put the passenger air bag panel back on right. So I took it back. It took them a week to even get me a loaner car so I could drop off my car to fix the damages THEY caused. 5 weeks later I get my car back for something that should’ve only taken a week. My car spent a total of 8 weeks at westway ford. I tried many times to contact the service manager who never even called me back ONCE. I always got a “he’s going to call you” well, out of the 8 weeks my car spent at westway, I still don’t even know what the manager looks or even sounds like. Got told many times my car was going to be done on this date and when I call I always got a “well we still need to do this and we need more time”. My service advisor was almost impossible to get ahold of. When i went to go pick up my car I told them I would be there in 30 minutes, so when i get there I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get my car from the lot. My car is still not back to the way I brought it to westway ford. These guys have no idea what they are doing and they sure don’t seem to give a crap about their customers. More
