No help once you have paid After paying cash for the car, dealership refused to mail the title of my car to my home. No the title is missing and dealership won’t return my calls. Once they have your money they could care less. DON’T GO HERE More

Service messed me up I had two RVs, both Fords. I started taking them to Westway for service. Everything seemed OK. I thought the service advisor, Johnny Crecy, was gr I had two RVs, both Fords. I started taking them to Westway for service. Everything seemed OK. I thought the service advisor, Johnny Crecy, was great. He said I needed a battery for my Class C and I had one installed. He said just pull into a Ford dealership if it failed and for the 1st three years, it would be replaced free. It failed after a year in west Texas and I went to a Ford dealership. I did not have the receipt so they would not honor the warranty. Johnny said I needed a battery in my Jeep and I had that installed. I put the receipt in the Jeep. It failed after about 2 years and I took it to Westway. They would not warranty the battery because it was not in a Ford product. Johnny also said I need a complete brake job on my Jeep and I had that done. Then I found an honest repairman and he had to replace the front brakes. It may have been the service advisor, but it ruined my relationship with Westway Ford. I thought I had found a home for my service. I found a better, honest home at American Auto Masters in Irving. standard maintence I made an appointment to get my oil changed and brakes checked and mentioned a Ford recall I saw n the news. The gentleman I spoke to said the recall I made an appointment to get my oil changed and brakes checked and mentioned a Ford recall I saw n the news. The gentleman I spoke to said the recall repair would take all day so I would need to leave the car. The next morning I dropped it off with TC who was fantastic and she had my car out in one day. Doing the oil change, replaced my brakes and the recall. And my car was washed when I picked it up. More
