Never again. Horrible customer service The service department has really gone downhill. I have always taken my vehicles here, and decided to take my new Mustang in to have some stuff look The service department has really gone downhill. I have always taken my vehicles here, and decided to take my new Mustang in to have some stuff looked at. I dealt with Alicia, if you even want to call it that. From the get-go I got horrible service from her waited two days to call to check the status of my vehicle, as I have not received any word yet. At first she tells me that my brakes have been looked at and completed, and the light I was needing fixed has been repaired. Then she proceeded to tell me that the tech could not duplicate the squeaking from my brakes, and needed to get more information from me. At this point I ask if more information was needed from me, why have I yet to receive a phone call? At this point I'm already done with the service department and inform her I'm coming to pick up my vehicle. Go up there to get my vehicle and she is nowhere to be seen, and I am told that my keys are at the cashier's. I go to the cashiers and they tell me that I owe $132. I question the amount because I am still under my 36000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, and also I never got a phone call to authorize any repairs that would need to be paid for. They Paige Alicia twice and she never shows, at which point I said I can talk to the service manager as I've had nothing but issues with her from the get-go. They paged the service manager who am I just walked past on my way to the cashiers, and he never shows up for me to speak to. After a bit of calling around and me getting frustrated the cashiers say that they will handle it and gave me my keys to leave. I live less than 2 mi away from another Ford dealership and choose to drive 9 miles to Westway because they used to have good service. Never again will Westway get any business service or sales wise from me or my wife. More
