***I REGRET PURCHASING HERE*** I purchased a car here in December & I came back to buy a second car. I was excited to purchase from here again after having a pretty good experience I purchased a car here in December & I came back to buy a second car. I was excited to purchase from here again after having a pretty good experience in December, but Juan Pineda ruined it for me. He rudely told me he couldn't work with me because he couldn't get the car I wanted. I totally understand if you can't get the Mustang I wanted, but there was no reason for him to be so unprofessional. My family and I have been loyal customers to this dealership and have referred many of our friends & business partners here. The worst thing of it all, is that I had brought a prospective customer here, and he stated that I was treated unfairly. I decided to purchase a car from Town East Ford which is one of their sister locations. After talking to the finance director (Rick Rice) about the issue at Westway, he took off $$ from our initial deal in order to pick up the slack Juan did. Town East also gives you 2 years of free oil changes, & tire rotations AND free window tint; Westway does not. I honestly regret purchasing my first mustang here. Go to Town East instead were they actually appreciate your business! More

Worst experience ever. This manager or whatever he is decided to argue with me and my wife continuously after explaining to him the bad service we had dealing with them. I had been in the dealership sinc decided to argue with me and my wife continuously after explaining to him the bad service we had dealing with them. I had been in the dealership since 10am and ended up not leaving until 9:20pm. The entire time we were given false information and when we tried to address it to this manager he proceeded to act like we were in the wrong when we're the customers and also continued to cut us off while speaking and said we were being rude to him. We had come to an agreement before on a down payment and a monthly payment and they changed both without informing us of the change and continued to try to sell us a car until we noticed everything then they got defensive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IF I COULD THEY WOULD NOT GET A STAR PERIOD BECAUSE THEY ARE THAT UNPROFESSIONAL More

Excellent all around Since the previous service rep (TC) moved away, it's been hard to find someone to help with my 4 vehicles. Alicia has really stepped up and has attain Since the previous service rep (TC) moved away, it's been hard to find someone to help with my 4 vehicles. Alicia has really stepped up and has attained all my needs. She's worked on 2 of my vehicles recently and has done great. I called her same day for a tire I needed to buy and she had it in stock and was put in that same day on a Saturday. Her and the guy that does the ride transportation on the weekend are very helpful each time. They are great! Definitely will keep coming back. More
