I went to trade in my car that I paid in full through Westway,after being there 3 hours they said they could do nothing without my trade in,and money down and a co signer but to offer me a truck with 144 Westway,after being there 3 hours they said they could do nothing without my trade in,and money down and a co signer but to offer me a truck with 144,000 miles,1 week later I went to 5 Star Ford and now I have a 2020 Ford edge,exactly what I wanted with no money down,no co signer,no problems all in 1 day! I cant believe Westway didnt even want to try ,such an awful experience. More
These guys are a bunch of thieves. Contacted the dealer which is 42 miles away from my house for price and availability of a truck. The sales manager who answered my call told me that the truck was still in the lot and the price was as advertised, but after arriving at the dealership me and my wife waited for half hour until the salesman finally showed up with a totally different truck. Just for courtesy I test drove the truck and told them that wasn’t what I wanted so they talked me into finding me a truck and ran some number, after waiting for 40minutes the salesman came back with an overpriced offer with over $3000 in additional packages and fees not to mentioned that they even jacked up the tax value of purchase amount... Boy after I figured out their scam the sales manager tried to persuade me until I finally walked out!!! Do not do business at this dealer.! More

Worst experience ever. This manager or whatever he is decided to argue with me and my wife continuously after explaining to him the bad service we had dealing with them. I had been in the dealership sinc decided to argue with me and my wife continuously after explaining to him the bad service we had dealing with them. I had been in the dealership since 10am and ended up not leaving until 9:20pm. The entire time we were given false information and when we tried to address it to this manager he proceeded to act like we were in the wrong when we're the customers and also continued to cut us off while speaking and said we were being rude to him. We had come to an agreement before on a down payment and a monthly payment and they changed both without informing us of the change and continued to try to sell us a car until we noticed everything then they got defensive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IF I COULD THEY WOULD NOT GET A STAR PERIOD BECAUSE THEY ARE THAT UNPROFESSIONAL More

Excellent all around Since the previous service rep (TC) moved away, it's been hard to find someone to help with my 4 vehicles. Alicia has really stepped up and has attain Since the previous service rep (TC) moved away, it's been hard to find someone to help with my 4 vehicles. Alicia has really stepped up and has attained all my needs. She's worked on 2 of my vehicles recently and has done great. I called her same day for a tire I needed to buy and she had it in stock and was put in that same day on a Saturday. Her and the guy that does the ride transportation on the weekend are very helpful each time. They are great! Definitely will keep coming back. More
