DO NOT GOTO THIS DEALERSHIP!!I informed my salesman DO NOT GOTO THIS DEALERSHIP!! I informed my salesman that I would be driving 3.5hrs for the car so I needed the deal to be approved before I drove DO NOT GOTO THIS DEALERSHIP!! I informed my salesman that I would be driving 3.5hrs for the car so I needed the deal to be approved before I drove up there. I specifically wrote out the deal I needed in an email and told him I didn't want any complications after I arrived. He emailed back saying his manager said the deal was very do-able and that I would be driving home in a mustang. As soon as I got there they started with the "can you do anymore of a down payment or pay any more of a monthly payment or can you get a co-signer." I informed them about my email that was very do-able according to the manager. After sitting there for 2hrs they come back with, "we just can't get you into that car with these numbers." I asked the guy if he was kidding. Because I was told that this deal was very do-able and if I drove 3.5hrs I would be driving home in a mustang!! I would highly suggest you never do business with this dealership!!They get you to come in on agreements that they cannot amd do not intend on keeping!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Westway SCAM Ford . Went there on two separate occasions . You see the price online and when you go there they add 5-6 thousand dollars on to the price thinking that they are dealing with someone who is stu . ***I REGRET PURCHASING HERE*** I purchased a car here in December & I came back to buy a second car. I was excited to purchase from here again after having a pretty good experience I purchased a car here in December & I came back to buy a second car. I was excited to purchase from here again after having a pretty good experience in December, but Juan Pineda ruined it for me. He rudely told me he couldn't work with me because he couldn't get the car I wanted. I totally understand if you can't get the Mustang I wanted, but there was no reason for him to be so unprofessional. My family and I have been loyal customers to this dealership and have referred many of our friends & business partners here. The worst thing of it all, is that I had brought a prospective customer here, and he stated that I was treated unfairly. I decided to purchase a car from Town East Ford which is one of their sister locations. After talking to the finance director (Rick Rice) about the issue at Westway, he took off $$ from our initial deal in order to pick up the slack Juan did. Town East also gives you 2 years of free oil changes, & tire rotations AND free window tint; Westway does not. I honestly regret purchasing my first mustang here. Go to Town East instead were they actually appreciate your business! More

I went to trade in my car that I paid in full through Westway,after being there 3 hours they said they could do nothing without my trade in,and money down and a co signer but to offer me a truck with 144 Westway,after being there 3 hours they said they could do nothing without my trade in,and money down and a co signer but to offer me a truck with 144,000 miles,1 week later I went to 5 Star Ford and now I have a 2020 Ford edge,exactly what I wanted with no money down,no co signer,no problems all in 1 day! I cant believe Westway didnt even want to try ,such an awful experience. More

These guys are a bunch of thieves. Contacted the dealer which is 42 miles away from my house for price and availability of a truck. The sales manager who answered my call told me that the truck was still i which is 42 miles away from my house for price and availability of a truck. The sales manager who answered my call told me that the truck was still in the lot and the price was as advertised, but after arriving at the dealership me and my wife waited for half hour until the salesman finally showed up with a totally different truck. Just for courtesy I test drove the truck and told them that wasn’t what I wanted so they talked me into finding me a truck and ran some number, after waiting for 40minutes the salesman came back with an overpriced offer with over $3000 in additional packages and fees not to mentioned that they even jacked up the tax value of purchase amount... Boy after I figured out their scam the sales manager tried to persuade me until I finally walked out!!! Do not do business at this dealer.! More

Worst experience ever. This manager or whatever he is decided to argue with me and my wife continuously after explaining to him the bad service we had dealing with them. I had been in the dealership sinc decided to argue with me and my wife continuously after explaining to him the bad service we had dealing with them. I had been in the dealership since 10am and ended up not leaving until 9:20pm. The entire time we were given false information and when we tried to address it to this manager he proceeded to act like we were in the wrong when we're the customers and also continued to cut us off while speaking and said we were being rude to him. We had come to an agreement before on a down payment and a monthly payment and they changed both without informing us of the change and continued to try to sell us a car until we noticed everything then they got defensive.
