Dealer had a price listed on line. We called verified price. My wife took off work. Then after we verified they called as she is on way said sorry 10,000 mistake on our part. I understand that you make mistakes when posting. How do people make mistake when you call? Hey is this truck 32000 yes it is, let’s make a deal. Sounds good. We are on our way. Then call back oh glad you are coming but the truck is 10,000 more!! Oh we sorry you missed work. We will sell your the truck for 10,000 more. Sorry sorry sorry. That’s what you hear. Never had this from a dealership. Howard from OkC, everett from Little Rock, list goes on. They don’t care what you have lost to do business with them. More

The worst dealership I’ve experienced in DFW. I originally chose this dealership because of the location relevant to where I live. I purchased new 2018 Raptor and expected to use them for service a originally chose this dealership because of the location relevant to where I live. I purchased new 2018 Raptor and expected to use them for service as well. When purchased, I was under the impression that the maintenance program that included various benefits to me was through Ford however I learned that it was dealer specific. This wouldn’t be a problem if they would actually service the vehicle. For almost 2 years now, I’ve made appointments for oil changes, zaktek spray (some kind of wax/protectant), windshield crack repair, tire repair, etc, all which is detailed out in some agreement at signing for the truck. When I show to my appointment and search for someone to talk to, they say there is no one there to do those services and that I need to make an appointment. I explained that I do have an appointment for those specific items but they show no record of it. I even get text messages confirming my appointment. This last time, I received a text saying that I missed my appointment and asked if I want to reschedule. I responded that I was there and no one there knew about my appointment. Received no response. Instead, they deleted my number out of the system so there was no record of a negative comment and re-added my number to where I got a text asking if I would accept text from them again. The whole place is a joke. I canceled my maintenance program and filed a complained with Ford, which I’m sure does no good so I am leaving a review on any consumer-facing application that is relevant to this dealership. Advertised price on the website means nothing. I saw a vehicle I wanted on the website and went to purchase the vehicle only to be told there is a "premium" of 5K on the vehicle. Of course with Covid you vehicle I wanted on the website and went to purchase the vehicle only to be told there is a "premium" of 5K on the vehicle. Of course with Covid you have to do your shopping online. Bait and switch all the way AVOID! Plenty of other honest dealers around. More

Dealer made me a written offer for a truck which I accepted, then they refused to sell. Be Leary when doing business here, I have been three days trying to get my truck with a cash deal and just keep accepted, then they refused to sell. DO NOT GOTO THIS DEALERSHIP!!I informed my salesman DO NOT GOTO THIS DEALERSHIP!! I informed my salesman that I would be driving 3.5hrs for the car so I needed the deal to be approved before I drove DO NOT GOTO THIS DEALERSHIP!! I informed my salesman that I would be driving 3.5hrs for the car so I needed the deal to be approved before I drove up there. I specifically wrote out the deal I needed in an email and told him I didn't want any complications after I arrived. He emailed back saying his manager said the deal was very do-able and that I would be driving home in a mustang. As soon as I got there they started with the "can you do anymore of a down payment or pay any more of a monthly payment or can you get a co-signer." I informed them about my email that was very do-able according to the manager. After sitting there for 2hrs they come back with, "we just can't get you into that car with these numbers." I asked the guy if he was kidding. Because I was told that this deal was very do-able and if I drove 3.5hrs I would be driving home in a mustang!! I would highly suggest you never do business with this dealership!!They get you to come in on agreements that they cannot amd do not intend on keeping!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

You see the price online and when you go there they add 5-6 thousand dollars on to the price thinking that they are dealing with someone who is stu .
