The worst dealership I’ve experienced in DFW. I originally chose this dealership because of the location relevant to where I live. I purchased new 2018 Raptor and expected to use them for service a originally chose this dealership because of the location relevant to where I live. When purchased, I was under the impression that the maintenance program that included various benefits to me was through Ford however I learned that it was dealer specific. This wouldn’t be a problem if they would actually service the vehicle. For almost 2 years now, I’ve made appointments for oil changes, zaktek spray (some kind of wax/protectant), windshield crack repair, tire repair, etc, all which is detailed out in some agreement at signing for the truck. When I show to my appointment and search for someone to talk to, they say there is no one there to do those services and that I need to make an appointment. I explained that I do have an appointment for those specific items but they show no record of it. I even get text messages confirming my appointment. This last time, I received a text saying that I missed my appointment and asked if I want to reschedule. I responded that I was there and no one there knew about my appointment. Received no response. Instead, they deleted my number out of the system so there was no record of a negative comment and re-added my number to where I got a text asking if I would accept text from them again. The whole place is a joke. I canceled my maintenance program and filed a complained with Ford, which I’m sure does no good so I am leaving a review on any consumer-facing application that is relevant to this dealership. Do not trust them! More

Advertised price on the website means nothing. I saw a vehicle I wanted on the website and went to purchase the vehicle only to be told there is a "premium" of 5K on the vehicle. Of course with Covid you vehicle I wanted on the website and went to purchase the vehicle only to be told there is a "premium" of 5K on the vehicle. Of course with Covid you have to do your shopping online. Bait and switch all the way AVOID! Plenty of other honest dealers around. More

Dealer made me a written offer for a truck which I accepted, then they refused to sell. Be Leary when doing business here, I have been three days trying to get my truck with a cash deal and just keep accepted, then they refused to sell. Westway SCAM Ford . Went there on two separate occasions . You see the price online and when you go there they add 5-6 thousand dollars on to the price thinking that they are dealing with someone who is stu . ***I REGRET PURCHASING HERE*** I purchased a car here in December & I came back to buy a second car. I was excited to purchase from here again after having a pretty good experience I purchased a car here in December & I came back to buy a second car. I was excited to purchase from here again after having a pretty good experience in December, but Juan Pineda ruined it for me. He rudely told me he couldn't work with me because he couldn't get the car I wanted. I totally understand if you can't get the Mustang I wanted, but there was no reason for him to be so unprofessional. My family and I have been loyal customers to this dealership and have referred many of our friends & business partners here. The worst thing of it all, is that I had brought a prospective customer here, and he stated that I was treated unfairly. I decided to purchase a car from Town East Ford which is one of their sister locations. After talking to the finance director (Rick Rice) about the issue at Westway, he took off $$ from our initial deal in order to pick up the slack Juan did. Town East also gives you 2 years of free oil changes, & tire rotations AND free window tint; Westway does not. I honestly regret purchasing my first mustang here. Go to Town East instead were they actually appreciate your business! More
