I’ve spoken to several “managers” for months. They promise to look into and get back with me. I can show you my call record and how absolutely nonsensical this experience has been. The president of the bank was disgusted by what the sales rep did to get my car title. I’ll try Lauren but have absolutely zero faith in anything this particular Ford dealership has to say.

Your sales and finance team are pompous and condescending. I have moved on, I found a honest dealership in Weatherford that sold me a truck at actual value. I contacted Lauren Martinez and spoke with her, she said she would have the GM to get in touch with me its been 3 weeks and i haven't spoke to her or the general managers as of 112021, ladies before you buy a car, take a male with you to inspect the vehicle before you buy it.
