reached out about Mustang Mach-E GT that was priced at $73,530 on dealerships website and Auto trader. when Marissa Martinez reached out, she told me the price was $20,000 over MSRP!!! I stated this was $73,530 on dealerships website and Auto trader. when Marissa Martinez reached out, she told me the price was $20,000 over MSRP!!! I stated this was stupid, an if so I should receive top dollar for my trade then. Never Heard from her again!! The next morning I receive email from her, I replied what's the value of my trade? A Dustin Egbers, replied by email for Marissa. Stating " i think she no longer feels comfortable dealing with you. Not sure where to go from here. you would have received well over original MSRP for your Bronco as well." at the end of the email states "I do not think we would like to proceed with this transaction at this moment." This dealer was absolutely Incredible my brother was looking for a mustang GT and we went and found the exact one he wanted. We walked around the lot looking and we where approached by an awesome sales looking for a mustang GT and we went and found the exact one he wanted. Let see here got walk around video, applied for financing, then the salesman says oh yeah there is a $10,000 mark up because of market adjustment and if it was a 2.0 liter it would be a $5,000 mark financing, then the salesman says oh yeah there is a $10,000 mark up because of market adjustment and if it was a 2.0 liter it would be a $5,000 markup ..... HUH ..... This is advertised on all sites for $26,915 not as $36,915 is that not illegal and bait and switch tack-tick. I was ready to buy until that move. I don't know if I would trust anything this dealer or these other Ford Dealers are doing. This Market Adjustment is for the birds American Made more like Greed from these dealers. More

Not the best. Service was great at one time, but the quality of work is no longer what it was. The advisor told me that the service for oil and filter change was on a first-come-first-serve basis. I made an appointment and wasted the whole morning because I thought it was by appointment and found out it was not. More
