Great service. Daisy was great to work with, as was Jennifer. The finance officer was refreshing to work, compared to past experiences. Bad salesman Ray Delgado sold me a lemon. I was overcharged for a 2014 fiesta. Didn't last for a yr. I had service for it to be fixed from west Ford. The car had a recall on it. That's what I I was overcharged for a 2014 fiesta. Didn't last for a yr. I had service for it to be fixed from west Ford. The car had a recall on it. That's what I was told by another mechanic. He wasn't honest. He takes advantage of people. He is a scammer. I wouldn't recommend him. I finally purchased a cash car from Ford Mcdavaid without any problems. He was friendly of course.I had a down payment. That was his commission to get paid off.His hospitality was good. That about all. He sold me a bad car over 25,000 wasn't worthy. I was just in need for a car didn't know. More
Westway one of the few dealerships taking advantage of the market with 10-15k markups. Was interested in purchasing one of the F-250s they have available until they unveiled a 15k markup. I went ahead and the market with 10-15k markups. Was interested in purchasing one of the F-250s they have available until they unveiled a 15k markup. I went ahead and ordered one from local dealer. Definitely not looking out for the consumers, but trying to capitalize off the shortage of vehicles. If your looking to buy a vehicle, look elsewhere. Good job Westway. I don't need to speak to customer relations either as that is there typical response to other bad reviews. More

Took my car in for a recall. They had the car for 4 months and when my car is ready let me know my battery was dead after they let it sit there for months. They said they'd cover labor, $15, which they months and when my car is ready let me know my battery was dead after they let it sit there for months. They said they'd cover labor, $15, which they then snuck in an extra charge for something else anyways, so I ended up paying the same amount. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they take no responsibility for their mistakes and expect you to pay for it. Go anywhere else More
Most deceptive, manipulative, bait and switch, non-ethical car dealership I have come across. Reserved a Bronco during June 2020. They converted my reservation to order without consulting me. Not non-ethical car dealership I have come across. Reserved a Bronco during June 2020. They converted my reservation to order without consulting me. Not even ready to take my build. Very rude people. After months of calls with Ford they finally took my build. At the time of delivery, they added 25k as market adjustment and 3500 as addon. After rejecting their offer, they offered 10k market adjustment. They add markup to a car they got to deliver, by adding them as a dealer during reserving. Whatever way we look into this, it's just unethical business. When I tried to have a rational discussion with their manager Dustin Egbers, this guy just has rhetorical questions for reply. I waited 1.5yrs for my car. I regret selecting them as dealer for delivery. The news is Ford is going to make custom ordering the way for buying new vehicles. Run away from Westway Ford. These guys don't honor price. When they say they have no nonsense, transparent business practice, those are punch words they use for marketing. Didn't experience when doing business with them. I lost my space in waiting line because of this bad dealership. More
Saw a 2021 Ford Bronco in stock listed at $41k, This was at list price on a high demand vehicle so I was suspicious and waiting for the other shoe. Talked with a internet salesperson for over a week before at list price on a high demand vehicle so I was suspicious and waiting for the other shoe. Talked with a internet salesperson for over a week before going to the dealership to see about buying the vehicle. After looking over the vehicle and doing some paperwork, got to test drive the vehicle. While on this test drive the sales rep casually drops the other shoe and WHAT A SHOE it was, The dealership had a premium on top of the listed price of $20,000 to $25,000. But that amount was "negotiable", well Westway ""negotiated" themselves out of a sale and any business from my family forever. More
Still waiting on my car title that the sales person got illegally from my bank. We agreed not to press charges if they just mailed it to us immediately. This was in May. Where's my title? I'm writing this review 30 days after purchasing a used car. During this time I could have given them anywhere between 1 star and 5, depending on the day, but looking back at the experience as a whole I l car. During this time I could have given them anywhere between 1 star and 5, depending on the day, but looking back at the experience as a whole I landed on 2 stars. I'll start with the good. Keith worked with me the entire time with a smile on his face. He was very respectful and an overall good guy. Unfortunately he is low on the totem pole and when it comes to having the authority to actually get anything meaningful done his hands are tied. I feel for him and at times you could sense the frustration in him that he couldn't do more for me. They were also willing to negotiate, which I appreciate. Now the bad...the advertised price online is NOT the actual price. They tack on fees to prep the car for sale, and also try to add more. I'm used to upselling and just say no however the prep fee seemed ridiculous. Shouldn't they prep it before listing it for sale? During the negotiations they mentioned they were upside down taking the car in as a trade and later on when I went over the Carfax I found out they purchased the car at auction so that was a blatant lie. They also guaranteed me they would fix any issues with the car within 30 days. I took the car in 3-4 times and they had it for more than half of the 1st 30 days. Every time I went back to pick it up they did the absolute bare minimum to fix the issues and in most cases they told me they couldn't find anything wrong, even though it was obvious things that I pointed out like lights not working, a broken latch on a seat, etc. It's clear to me that after the sale they could care less about you, which is unfortunate because I will eventually have 6 driver's in my house and would think they would want to impress for future business. Overall go here if you want but take your sweet time test driving and get everything in writing at the time of sale that you want fixed. If it is an expensive purchase you may also benefit from having a lawyer go over the contract before signing. More
