Not the best. Service was great at one time, but the quality of work is no longer what it was. Bad salesman Ray Delgado sold me a lemon. I was overcharged for a 2014 fiesta. Didn't last for a yr. I had service for it to be fixed from west Ford. The car had a recall on it. He wasn't honest. He takes advantage of people. He is a scammer. I wouldn't recommend him. I finally purchased a cash car from Ford Mcdavaid without any problems. He was friendly of course.I had a down payment. That was his commission to get paid off.His hospitality was good. That about all. He sold me a bad car over 25,000 wasn't worthy. Westway one of the few dealerships taking advantage of the market with 10-15k markups. Was interested in purchasing one of the F-250s they have available until they unveiled a 15k markup. Definitely not looking out for the consumers, but trying to capitalize off the shortage of vehicles. If your looking to buy a vehicle, look elsewhere. Good job Westway.
