These people are absolute crooks. Price gouging at every turn. Stay far away as they are not in the least concerned with reasonable deals. Price gouging at every turn. Stay far away as they are not in the least concerned with reasonable deals. More

We were lied to by sales, finance, manage etc. They ad warranties you don’t ask for and then say they’ll have them taken off but dont. This is against the law. And now this truck is broke down at Ford with $16,000 in work. Obviously they only care about making money and turning cars around quickly. They never did their due diligence to service and make sure this truck was road worthy. More

Told them where I wanted my payments, my credit was a 781. Brought me back a paper saying over 1000 a month, 12% interest, and over 43000 for the truck. Added on “dealer prep”. Scam artists for sure. Whatever price is listed is not the real price. More
Worst dealership ever. My truck is still with them and it is almost a month and nobody calls or updates me. I make daily calls and I am told that my rep "Juan" is busy with something and that he will call which he never does. If I wait for him on phone, the phone hangs up. I make calls multiple times. I am too busy to leave my job and go there physically, which I would have done if possible, just to inquire about the status of my truck which can be done easily on phone. Even the operator does not connect me to the manager and I left a voice message. My truck had a very simple problem, the remote start was not working and something hanging under the truck. Once my truck is fixed I am never going back to them. More

When I showed them the truecar data, which tells what dealers are selling the truck for in the area, I was told to go buy a car from truecar. After that I left and purchased the same car down the road for 6k less than what they were offering the same day. Based on my experience with one car salesman I can tell the place has a bad culture. Classic Bait and switch from dealers. We found 2 trucks on cars.com to go and look at. Call to set up an appointment and arrive on time to said appointment. Get told that one of the truck We found 2 trucks on cars.com to go and look at. Call to set up an appointment and arrive on time to said appointment. Get told that one of the trucks had sold over the weekend. No problem we can look at the other one. Well the price listed was around $49k online but when we started talking it was going to be closer to $57k. Something about multiple packages that were not factored into the price when listed online. This practice should be illegal and there should be repercussions for dealers that do it. When pressed about the price difference they simply said they dont control the online price. And come on we are only $8k apart lets make a deal. This is why car dealers get a bad name. Complete trash of an establishment. More
