I came in with a 720 credit score, clear goals, and ready to make a serious purchase. I was told I qualified for Ford Motor Credit’s 5.9% APR special, and that the numbers and terms were looking great. Everything sounded good — like I was going to be taken care of. They made it sound like they had it all lined up. Lies. The second I arrived, they flipped the entire script. They made me test drive the truck before even showing me any terms, then hit me with a 14.5% APR, like I wouldn’t notice the bait-and-switch. I asked for transparency and respect — what I got was dishonesty, games, and a team that clearly wasn’t ready. Let’s talk about the management: unprofessional, unprepared, and full of excuses. These people will act helpful, but behind the smiles is a crew that doesn’t respect your time or intelligence. They’re not here to help — they’re here to squeeze you for as much as they can. It felt like I was surrounded by people who ain’t about anything real — just weak tactics and fake hustle. Total lack of integrity. If you’re expecting professionalism or straight answers, this is not the place. They wasted my time. They weren’t ready. And they don’t deserve the business. Hace 3 meses compré 1 jeep Gladiador y le hicieron daños en el bumper de enfrente haciéndole agujeros con un desarmador y no se quieren hacer responsables de repararlo, también recomendé a mi papá para que comprara una camioneta de más de $50 mil dólares y el vendedor Jordan prometió llantas nuevas y nunca quisieron cambiarlas. y nunca me dieron mi cheque referencia tampoco!! Ahora nadie se comunica conmigo y nadie sabe que van a hacer para ayudarme. Les recomiendo que busquen otro dealership. If you're thinking of buying a truck here, I recommend NOT DOING IT. I've bought more than 7 trucks with my family, and the customer service keeps getting worse. Three months ago I bought my Jeep Gladiator and they damaged the front bumper by making holes in it with a screwdriver, and they won't take responsibility for repairing it. I also recommended my dad buy a truck that goes over 60K!!! , and the salesman, Jordan, promised new tires, but they never wanted to change them. And they never gave me my reference check either! Now, no one contacts me, and no one knows what they're going to do to help me. I recommend you find another dealership. More

Don’t even consider it, nearly 15% of the price of their vehicles are hidden dealer adds that you don’t find out about until you’re in the showroom. B the (internet manager) was patient as we made the decision to purchase a new Bronco Wildtrak. He listened to all our concerns. Next Jorge was great in finance! This company will be fast to see you a vehicle. But once you drive it off they don’t care. I’ve had nothing but issues with this dealership and vehicle. I bought a 2020 F150 with 75k miles. Sales person told me when I noticed a missing locking cover and he gave me one that didn’t match said “You bought a used truck”. It took a month of fighting with them to fix the wheel barring that needed replacing and I had to “pocket” at the location for them to fix it at their cost. I also have a water leak from the A/C evaporator that needs replaced that I mention d to the sales guy Jared but he is no longer there. Will a used cars manager said he got it fixed with adding a 90 degree drain tube. I’ve driven my truck 2 times since and noticed it was still leaking. Now they say I have to pay. The owner nor the GM will call me back. I’ve been asking for 2 months to call. Even my mechanic I normally go to said that my part shouldn’t have gone out already. WEATWAY FORD IS A JOKE! More
I had an Appointment for 8:30am to replace 1 tire that is covered over my warranty. And for my oil change to be done. I called in advance to make sure the tire was in stock and that it would be covered is covered over my warranty. And for my oil change to be done. This is by far the worst service in the DFW. I don't not recommend to anyone. They are not reliable or helpful in any way. More
