After speaking with them, they have taken their sweet time to approve a rental and have neglected to provide any sense of urgency in trying to rectify this situation. I am trying to get them to buy the vehicle back from me for what I owe as this has gone on far too long. One person pushes me over to the next. I just want to completely wash my hands from this place as I now don’t even trust their service depart to fix all the issues with my vehicle.
