This dealership was an overall disappointment. Called about a car online and was unable to get an out the door price. I wasted three days trying to purchase a car here, and left with nothing. Their negotiations are a joke, writing numbers on scratch paper that change day over day and presenting exploding offers in person to try and get you to commit. The culture here is bad, and they try to pressure you into making hash decisions. They also claim they “don’t accept outside lenders”. Called my pre-approved loan company and they told me this is not normal for a major dealership. Before I left the dealership offered me a ridiculous offer almost 5K cheaper than the original print out and an APR that was 0.5% less than my pre-approved loan which was already low. At this point I had to wonder what was so wrong with the vehicle that they needed to get rid of it so bad… regardless I called back the next day to follow up, as the price was good - they left me on hold for 15minutes and at that point I was over their games and tactics. Called Bill Utter ford in Denton and already scheduled an appointment, received a carfax and an out the door price on a similar vehicle before Westway got around to calling me back. These people need to realise they’re losing themselves business with the way they interact with their customers. Plenty of other professional and straightforward ford dealers around here. Would never go back here, absolute worst car buying experience full of pressure, anxiety, and deception. More

I was told I qualified for Ford Motor Credit’s 5.9% APR special, and that the numbers and terms were looking great. Everything sounded good — like I was going to be taken care of. They made it sound like they had it all lined up. Lies. The second I arrived, they flipped the entire script. They made me test drive the truck before even showing me any terms, then hit me with a 14.5% APR, like I wouldn’t notice the bait-and-switch. I asked for transparency and respect — what I got was dishonesty, games, and a team that clearly wasn’t ready. Let’s talk about the management: unprofessional, unprepared, and full of excuses. These people will act helpful, but behind the smiles is a crew that doesn’t respect your time or intelligence. They’re not here to help — they’re here to squeeze you for as much as they can. It felt like I was surrounded by people who ain’t about anything real — just weak tactics and fake hustle. Total lack of integrity. If you’re expecting professionalism or straight answers, this is not the place. They wasted my time. They weren’t ready. And they don’t deserve the business. Three months ago I bought my Jeep Gladiator and they damaged the front bumper by making holes in it with a screwdriver, and they won't take responsibility for repairing it. I also recommended my dad buy a truck that goes over 60K!!! , and the salesman, Jordan, promised new tires, but they never wanted to change them. And they never gave me my reference check either! Now, no one contacts me, and no one knows what they're going to do to help me. I recommend you find another dealership. More

Don’t even consider it, nearly 15% of the price of their vehicles are hidden dealer adds that you don’t find out about until you’re in the showroom. This company will be fast to see you a vehicle. But once you drive it off they don’t care. I’ve had nothing but issues with this dealership and vehicle. I bought a 2020 F150 with 75k miles. Sales person told me when I noticed a missing locking cover and he gave me one that didn’t match said “You bought a used truck”. It took a month of fighting with them to fix the wheel barring that needed replacing and I had to “pocket” at the location for them to fix it at their cost. I also have a water leak from the A/C evaporator that needs replaced that I mention d to the sales guy Jared but he is no longer there. Will a used cars manager said he got it fixed with adding a 90 degree drain tube. I’ve driven my truck 2 times since and noticed it was still leaking. Now they say I have to pay. The owner nor the GM will call me back. I’ve been asking for 2 months to call. Even my mechanic I normally go to said that my part shouldn’t have gone out already. WEATWAY FORD IS A JOKE! More
