I am over 7 decades old, and this was the finest car purchase that I have ever made. Sarah is the most genuinely sincere sales person that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is very intelligent, as it is reflected in the answers she provides regarding questions of purchase or the operation of various items inside of a Toyota. She was more than patient with me and my husband, she treated us like we were her family. She has a great deal of pride and it is revealed in the fact that she will not allow a Toyota to leave the dealership unless she is absolutely satisfied that everything is in perfect working order, and the customer is well pleased. My husband and I were pleased to have met Charlie Saranita, the General Sales Manager. We were not in the dealership more than 20 minutes, requesting to take a Rav4 for a test drive before ANY sales conversation would take place, when Sarah came walking back with Charlie Saranita. His title indicates how busy of an employee that is, but he sincerely spent a good half an hour with the two of us, listening to our story of the reason we came to West Side Toyota. The pricing of the vehicle was most definitely fair, with no hard pressing salesmanship from either Charlie or Sarah. It was a most memorable time. Our thanks goes out to both Sarah and Charlie. Markus Fortuna handles all of the financial paper work, as well as perfectly explained the additional option warranties that could be purchased. He explained all aspects with a sense of humor, and no high pressure sales tactics. All three of these individuals we can definitely attest to the fact that is was truly a pleasure to meet them.
