As a first time car buyer, The process can be intimidating. I was fortunate to walk away with the car I wanted and a wealth of knowledge regarding the process thanks to everyone I worked with at intimidating. Kyle really broke down the options, and helped me find the deal that worked best for me and my family! I expected to feel some form of sales pressure just given the general narrative I’ve heard about car buying, but honestly felt the opposite from the second I walked through the doors. Kyle was prepared and sharp. I felt less like I was being pushed into vehicle of target sale, and more like I was being encouraged to make the right decision for myself and my family. Kyle asked me questions that I didn’t even think of before arriving to help calibrate the best fit for me. The Whole team took my situation into account and helped me settle in on the perfect vehicle. As Kyle helped me with the core process of identifying the vehicle and answering questions with excellent precision, Dave made a point to check in on the process numerous times to add additional information about the vehicle and the buying process. He also colored in a few extra details regarding specific warrantees that I ended up rolling with, and walked away with a feeling of great satisfaction for doing so. Finally when it was time to go over some of the financials I worked with Matt and Todd. One would assume that this process would be the headache of the operation. The not so fun stuff. Ironically I may have had the funnest section of my visit in the office with those two! They found a way to clearly explain everything and help us feel comfortable and informed with the deal we ended up agreeing on. Truly the process was fun and full of laughter. You step into a room like that for the first time with an air of great nervousness because of the implications of such a decision. It would be unrealistic to assume you’d walk out with confidence and A feeling of genuine camaraderie. Those guys made the process professional yet lighthearted which opened the door for me to ask questions that I may have otherwise not been comfortable asking. Overall I am extremely happy and have a great deal of appreciation for the fact that I chose Sunnyside. The Organization and teamwork they displayed really makes me feel lucky that this was one of the destinations in my car hunt. Unmatched service and a knowledge of not only the product, but also the human element. 10/10: highly recommended! Thanks sunnyside! More
