I took my new RAV4 in for a "Pre Collision Malfunction" after scheduling to bring it in, they called and said they were busy and couldn't get to my vehicle that day. They fixed it the next day but failed t after scheduling to bring it in, they called and said they were busy and couldn't get to my vehicle that day. They fixed it the next day but failed to return a call to find out what they did before I picked it up. When I picked it up, I was told it was recalibrated it and said it was fixed. I drove 2 hours, parked it and when I started it there was the same error message... Called for service and They said a manager would call me back. After leaving three messages in four days, I still have yet to be called back. Worst customer service! More

I took my 2022 Highlander in for an oil change, tires rotated, multipoint inspection along with the bumper being fixed as the result of a recall. I was greeted promptly and pleasantly.
