Seems to be confusion as to who does what in the service advisor/writer area..1st service writer that greeted me could only do regular maintenance write ups had to get another writer involved for mechanical advisor/writer area..1st service writer that greeted me could only do regular maintenance write ups had to get another writer involved for mechanical work....2nd service writer couldn't do "mechanical work" at the time because he didn't have it scheduled even though when I scheduled the service appointment online I put in the "Notes" area that the trucks brakes pulsed at highway speeds....2nd advisor informed me that brakes were a wear item that probably wouldn't be covered by warranty!?? ON A 6000 MILE TRUCK!!... note...I used #1 & #2 to describe the service writers...neither of them gave me a business card or their names! also a young man pulled into service drive at the same time I did for exactly the same service/maintenance driving identical truck and he was gone 30 mins before my truck was pulled out of service garage, my truck was parked behind building for 15 minutes before I went in and requested my keys (service writer #2 was unable to find my keys) (service writer #1 acted like he had never seen me before) was told I had to wait for truck to be "brought up" to service drive which killed another 10 mins. More

The tires were installed but the service rep forgot about the regular maintenance check they were going to do at the same time. Unfortunately I had to return the next day with an issue that should have been the regular maintenance check they were going to do at the same time. This service center is the gold standard when it comes to automobile service. They greet you quickly, get what needs to be done, keep you informed of progress and get out out the door as fast as possible. I' automobile service.
