HORRIBLE!!! Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership so far. Salesmen was impolite and unhelpful. I went looking for a Rav4, and came prepared with its invoice price and TMV, which were aro dealership so far. Salesmen was impolite and unhelpful. As soon as I tried to negotiate with the sticker price of 24 grand, the dealer balked and said that it couldn't be lowered than that, and to try other dealerships instead. Then proceeded to brush us off in a rude and hostile manner. More
