I went to Sunnyside to buy the Corolla that i had leased for 3 years. Ryan was polite and patient with me and after test driving several models and explaining the advantages to leasing a 2010, I was given for 3 years. I have dealt with sunnyside for over 20 years. I have purchased 7 different cars from them and have found them to be helpful in all aspects of a dealership. I just got back from this Toyota dealer and it was one of the best shopping experiences I have had. The associates were really helpful and found the perfect car for me. HORRIBLE!!! Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership so far. Salesmen was impolite and unhelpful. I went looking for a Rav4, and came prepared with its invoice price and TMV, which were aro dealership so far. Salesmen was impolite and unhelpful. I went looking for a Rav4, and came prepared with its invoice price and TMV, which were around 21 grand. As soon as I tried to negotiate with the sticker price of 24 grand, the dealer balked and said that it couldn't be lowered than that, and to try other dealerships instead. Then proceeded to brush us off in a rude and hostile manner. More
