All I can say about my used car purchase is (bate and switch), I was lied to about the condition of the brake pads, would not even pass PA inspection when I brought the car home!!!!!! I took the car to Bobby Rahal Volvo here in PA to look over the car, They stated that the drivers door was not (hung) properly therfor the door was not closing properly, and it was repainted!!!!! (sounds like a accident to me!!!!) I talk to the my sales man boss to get the money back that I had to pay for the brake pads and the drivers door to be repaired , all he would do is say he was sorry!!!! Sorry does not keep good customers,I will never buy another car from these people again.Most of us teech our children to be up front and honest with others,its a shame that we as adults do not practice what we teech. I drove to Sunnyside to get my first oil change this morning and Mr. Jim Hager greeted me as I pulled in and treated me like gold.
