I have helped a couple friends and family members pick out their cars, and we have always ended up with a Toyota and buying it from Sunnyside. Finally, I had to purchase a new car. This was the third different dealership that I went to in one day. So, I had a very good idea of what I was looking for (buy/lease, used/new) and how much I was willing to spend. The sales representative was extremely friendly and welcoming when he walked up to speak with me. Perhaps the greatest thing about my visit was Bruce's willingness to listen to me and what I was looking for. After listening, he made some suggestions, but ultimately he was respectful of what I wanted and what I could afford. He drew up a comparison sheet with the other cars I had looked at that day along with the prices I had been given. He was straightforward in saying, "If I can get you in this car, and the price you were looking at the others, can we make a deal?" Knowing the reputation of Toyota and having the knowledge of the great experiences of my family members, I was willing to agree to buy a Toyota from this dealership if the price was right. The price came back, and everything went smoothly. Sunnyside typically offers a great maintenance program, which they gave to me with my purchase. My sales rep, Bruce, was extremely friendly and helpful in showing me all the features of the car, ensuring I got the color I wanted, and getting me into the car that day. I highly recommend working with Sunnyside. More
Our first visit was when we were comparing vehicles and dealerships. On our second, two of our daughters brought Corollas(Jan 2010). Our third visit was our turn, bought a Camry(Dec 2010). Each time all employees we encountered were friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Besides the great price, the dealership has been good to my daughters during routine service and a recall. For my family this dealer has been exceptional. More

We chose the latter. Of course, we would have liked a tad more for our 2002 Avalon trade, but overall we believe that we got a fair deal. We would definitely return for both servicing and any new car we purchase in the future. More

Ro choosing Toyota and Sunnyside. This dealership will work with you on-line. They gave me all the information I needed before I got visited them. Ron was straight forward with all the information I needed and I did not feel pressured to purchase the car today. Ryan presented the various warranty options in detail but did not pressure me to purchase more then I wanted. I really hate the entire process of purchasing a car but Sunnyside makes it as painless as possible. More

She thought that she might be able to have the car in the shop and possibly finished by the end of the week. In addition, I was able to rent a car for the week while my car was being repaired. The rental facility is in the same office across from Tracy. Tracy called the adjuster and got approval to repair some items that were discovered and also advised me. Finally, Tracy call me on Friday, September 24 to advise me that the car could be picked up. The repair work was excellent and I want to thank Tracy and all of her associates for their fine work. Leo J. Weithman More
Review is for Sunnyside Toyota COLLISION center, as I have the most experience with them. Sunnyside Toyota, 27000 Lorain Rd. North Olmsted, OH 44070 Absolute THE WORST "repair" body shop. If the have the most experience with them. Sunnyside Toyota, 27000 Lorain Rd. North Olmsted, OH 44070 Absolute THE WORST "repair" body shop. If there was an award for how crappy their service and work is done, they would get it every year in a row. Chris Schick (Shick- sp?) was the representative who handled my claim. Besides his arrogance, I decided to take my high end Toyota for some work to be done to the body. Synopsis of events: 1) I stopped by the shop after hours just to check on the progress of my car after work. I saw that they put long sharp metal parts on to my leather, leaving marks on it, and the entire black interior was left with shop dust, AND THE CAR WAS UNLOCKED, so I locked it. 2) Picked up my car. Chris did not happen to be there that day I picked it up, so another service person (who had called me) told me my car is ready. I went to pick it up after work right at closing time (6pm), so it was at sunset. 3) The next day, my fiance and I went to go put some air in the tires before going out for the day, and right next to the tires, I see all these scratches from the damage on the panel closes to the pass. tire! (part of the reason why I took it in the first place!) So I immediately take it to Chris at Sunnyside Toyota Collision. I also noticed that many screws were loose as well, so this Chris character hand tightens the bolts (hilarious). They didn't clean up the dust from the work so I told them to do so. They partially (again) cleaned it up. But I did the rest. 4) So then they admit my car for more work. I get it back. Fine, I think I'm done with this place right? WRONG, WRONG! I'm washing my car a few days later, and notice that my pass rear bumper is MOVING when i'm applying pressure to it. I note that many screws are missing from that area. Then, I notice that these special screws that toyota uses for the indoor panel were not put in, and just left unbolted. AND i noticed that a few rear pass molding were left loose, and that I can put it back into place with pressure of my hands (I guess sunnyside should pay me for doing their work). 5) So then I take it back. They order the screws and I then also note that my interior panels were dented by them (ugh). 6) To top if all off, this Chris character drives my car roughly from my parking spot to their car garage...and when I pick it up, it has MORE miles (about 5) then when I dropped it off. A joy ride? All in all, THE most horrible experience with them. I usually take my business down the street to Stemmers auto collision on Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, but he was pretty busy that week and I needed my car. I will wait if I have to next time, because it is not worth the frustration of sunnyside toyota collision charging an arm and a leg for a pinky's worth of work. And to top if all off, Derek, the manager, seemed not to care much nor did I get an apology from anyone, but of course, it fits their work, so it wasn't expected. The funny part is that my buddy with a 2000 Camry had his bumper replaced a few years ago, and they used a cheap aftermarket with cheap paint, and now his bumped is half yellow and half painted (maroon), so it looks like a crappy car now, even though it was nice before it went into sunnyside collision). Please learn from my experience guys...stay away from these people if you want quality work. They cut so many corners that it is pathetic. More
Sunnyside is great, from the sales staff to the mechanics. They treat you wonderful and bend over backwards to help and please you. I would not even think of going to another Toyota dealership. I especially want to commend Ed Stein for his professionalism and customer care. He is truly a plus for Sunnyside Toyota. I would not hesitate to recommend Toyota and this dealership to my relatives and friends due to the excellent service and overall experience. He knew all the features of the Prius IV vehicle that we were interested in and he demonstrated them with enthusiasm and professionalism. He was not pushy, yet answered all our questions. The dealership was clean and very inviting. They had a lot of vehicles to choose from. We would definately recommend this dealership and salesperson. Once we purchased the finance manager, Ken Proctor was also professional. As the last touch the sales manager, Charlie Saranita introduced himself and congratulated us on our purchase. Nice touch!
