Update: Well, since this review went live, the response from Sunnyside Collision through PM, was basically that it wasn't their fault, and that it was somehow my fault (typical behavior from this company). I clearly addressed ALL of my concerns regarding the damage and incomplete work done by Sunnyside collision, and while there in person, multiple times in fact (both associate and manager), yet nothing was done. Now that this review has been posted on the internet (for fear that people will learn what really goes on when they repair cars there), I guess I have finally raised some red flags to them, which are 1) damage to my car has been done 2) when in person, nothing was done to fix the problem on multiple occasions 3) a lackluster staff didn't care about the problems which were caused by them to my car Now, they want me to bring in my car at their convenience, so then can again, assess the situation. It behooves them that the situation wasn't assessed properly the past 3-4 times it had to been taken in, while the concerns were still raised at those times. I won't be able to take in my car quite some time d/t my work hours.
