Cindy did an excellent job, was very knowledgable about the car we purchased and the others that we looked at. The overall purchasing experience at Sunnyside Toyota was excellent. My only criticism is that I would prefer to negotiate face to face with the "decision maker" as opposed to making Cindy run back and forth between us and the "decision maker". Ryan (the credit guy) was also excellent. He provided good information about the warranties and add-on's available. Finally, Tommy assisted Cindy in making our sale and was able to answer the nitty-gritty questions about the car that we purchased. We will definitely come back to Sunnyside Toyota for our next vehicle (hopefully not for a few years though). More

My salesperson, Mike Hurley, was patient (I couldn't decide on what color I wanted), accommodating, respectful and low key. There was absolutely no pressure--which was a new and pleasant experience for me. The General Manager, Charlie Saranita, was also a gem--he worked with Mike and me to help me get the best price and options that I could afford. Another review mentioned that they treat you like family. That is ABSOLUTELY true. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. You will be very happy with choosing Sunnyside Toyota! More

From past experiences as a woman who buys the family car, I didn't expect this experience to be so good. I got exactly the car I wanted, the way I wanted it to be equipped. I believe it was a fair price. I was not happy with the way we were pressured by the financial employee into an expensive extended warranty (now called "total protection plan") which had to be agreed to right then and there. After researching it online at home I realized what was involved and called the next day to cancel it. I believe that has been accomplished without any problem. Other than that, I think this was the nicest car buying expedition ever, and I'm excited about the Toyota Rav4 that we now own. If I ever buy another Toyota I would definitely contact Bruce Jackson again. More
