Our goal is to serve our guests in the most professional, efficient way. We were sorry to learn that you felt the service you received las Tuesday was less than satisfactory. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have been caused. We now perform alignment checks in our service reception line as a courtesy to our guests. We also encourage our guests to make appointments for service when they can, to help minimize the wait time. Without an appointment, a guest may wait longer because we try to fit their service in between the guests with scheduled appointments when time permits. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. I will follow up with you on Monday and mail you the requested information as well as a refund of the miscalculated parts discount.
