Since I had never heard of the Venza before, He told me to check out a Toyota Venza that Sunnyside had online and see how I would do with something like that. He called me back after I had a chance to look it up and I told him I thought it would work. Since I didn't have a car at the moment, Roger brought the car we were looking at over to MY HOUSE! I have bought a few cars from dealerships in the past and have never had a salesman bring the car to me. I test drove it and bought it the next day. Overall, great customer service from Roger and so far a great car. Would recommend Roger and Sunnyside Toyota to others! More

My First Big Girl Purchase This was my first time buying a car through a dealership the other two cars I had bought on craigslist and were beaters. I originally planned to get a This was my first time buying a car through a dealership the other two cars I had bought on craigslist and were beaters. I originally planned to get a used car to try and save money but I wanted something that would last since I would be paying on it for 5 years. After going to the dealership the salesman Justin was very helpful and gave me great information about both new and used vehicles and worked with me to find a price that I was comfortable with making month to month. I made several visits and I felt awful because the poor guy kept working with me and not once did he seem agitated with me or frustrated. I finally settled on a new 2015 Toyota Corolla and couldn't be happier! I love my new car and Everyone there I worked with, especially Justin, were knowledgeable and polite. They all seemed eager to help me find a car I wanted not just make a sale. I will definitely be going back to sunnyside when its time for my next car! More

OMG. I actually bought a Toyota.. I've been a Ford girl my whole life. Walking into a Toyota dealership was like walking onto enemy lines, at least to me. However, I wanted to explore I've been a Ford girl my whole life. Walking into a Toyota dealership was like walking onto enemy lines, at least to me. However, I wanted to explore other options, needed something with really awesome gas mileage and had my eye on a Prius. My salesman, Patrick Van Deusen was fantastic and very thorough. He answered all my questions and even survived my test drive. When I finally decided that the Prius was the car for me, he took the time to make sure I knew how all the bells and whistles worked, since I'm like the worst person ever to deal with "techie" things, like having my phone sync'd, etc. I really appreciated the amount of customer service I received, everything went so smoothly. For purchases, I have been exclusively using the internet to obtain quotes and generally going with the best up front pricing. This time however, I decided to visit my local Sunnyside Toyota dealer to see what they could do and THEY DELIVERED! I am very satisfied with the service I received from Jason Podojil and Ron Swetland after an initial hiccup with another salesman. I'm having to wait a few weeks for the color/options combination I want but dealing with my local dealership was well worth it. More
