We told him basics we were interested in and he led us immediately to the cars on the lot that he felt would be of interest . We were impressed with his knowledge of the cars in question and his willingness to open cars and let us explore the interiors of the cars, check trunk sizes, etc., as we looked for something that would meet our needs. We test drove two vehicles and knew that the second one was for us. Inside the dealership we were treated to coffee and hot chocolate, and greeted with friendliness by the other employees. The sales process was smooth as Roger worked with us, explaining warranties, etc., and then he introduced us to Brian Harris, Finance Manager. Brian was excellent as he talked to us about extended warranties and payment methods. I would certainly recommend Sunnyside to anyone looking for a new or used car. In my opinion, some other car dealerships should take lessons from Sunnyside in friendliness and customer service. More

He made me feel like it was my choice. He was so friendly and made my experience less stressful than I ever thought it could be. What made me feel the best was he waited til I pulled out of the parking lot with my new car to go back inside and waving at the door. Add the fact that it was unplanned, after a car accident and we were leaving on vacation in one week, I was really not looking forward to the whole thing! The dealership and our sales rep, Darryl Harris, made it low pressure and high service. When someone else came in looking at the floor model that we were still deciding on, he called us to let us know, so we didn't lose it. He entertained our son while we looked over paperwork and he looks for Darryl any time we stop in for an oil change or car wash! The follow up and service continues after the purchase! More

Pleasant. Dealership is really clean. The sales people are polite and courteous. My wife and I were waiting for the finance people when we realized that our two Dealership is really clean. The sales people are polite and courteous. My wife and I were waiting for the finance people when we realized that our two dogs (one a 3 month old puppy) had been alone at home for longer than we felt comfortable with. Mike Cuva, the service manager provide a vehicle to my wife so she could drive to our home and let our dogs out. This is a indication that this dealership is willing to go the extra mile to please their customers. Jeff Nowak, the salesman I dealt with while I was in the show room could not of been more professional. At no time during my visit did I feel pressured. I purchased the truck I wanted at a good price. Good shopping experience. I will come back. Great coffee. More
