Outstanding Service! We have been customers of Sunnyside Toyota for the past 7 years. The service department has always been the best. The #1 question everyone has about an automobile mechanics is, “are they honest”. There is no doubt that the service department lead by manager Ray Thomas is honest. The entire department, from the mechanic to the service advisors have been very honest. You get feeling that Sunnyside Service Department cares about you and your car. We have had many things that did not need immediate repair and were advised that they may need to be addressed in the future. I am certain that another garage would have pushed those repairs through unnecessarily. On our last service issue, Ray Thomas contacted me personally three times to keep me updated on the trouble issues with our cars computer. When the issue was resolved, the charges were extremely fair, for the extra effort put in by the Sunnyside staff. As long as we are buying Toyotas, we wouldn’t go anywhere else and we wouldn’t deal with anyone other than Remon. When you shop around, you quickly learn how sales people waste your time whether negotiating, making you wait for who knows what or pressure selling you by talking down to you, talking trash about other dealers or just general bs. Remon at Sunnyside will not waste your time, pressure you into anything, treats you with respect and get this … he actually knows his product. I couldn’t believe how many car sales professionals do not know the details of the product they are selling. Remon is a charming breath of fresh air. He actually made buying a new car enjoyable instead of stressful. Once I made my decision, Remon efficiently communicated with me regarding locating, transfer, expected arrival and closing scheduling. When a quick text was all that was needed to get an update, that’s what he did. He went out of his way to get us the car as soon as possible even though it made for an extremely long day for him. Remon exemplifies customer service at its best. Charlie the sales manager has also been a breeze to deal with. I got the best quote via text from Charlie. I appreciate that kind of efficiency. We have used Sunnyside to service our Toyotas for years. My dealings with Scott in service will keep us going back to Sunnyside as well. Not everyone at Sunnyside shines like these three, but thankfully I think they will be there for years to come. Thank you! More

Service/ muffler I Have frequented your service department and purchased two vehicles from Sunnyside. My experiences were satisfactory. However, my trust is shattered after being given a quote for over $1,100 to replace the muffler on my RAV4. A friend recommended Bubba's muffler in Bedford. They replaced the entire muffler today (after showing me the problem and their work with the vehicle up on the lift) for 99 dollars. A thousand dollar difference! How could that mark up ever be justified? Shame on Toyota! I am thankful for Bubba's and will never trust Sunnyside again. More

I wanted a white Corolla and Sunnyside did not have a white Corolla at the time I stopped by for a visit. I told Bill I wanted a white Corolla. In no time, Bill made sure that I got a new white Corolla. The entire process went very fast and effortlessly. I would recommend Sunnyside Toyota to anyone looking for a car (new or used). This is the second car I leased from Sunnyside. Lori (Finance) was very easy to work with too. Lori had all of my paperwork ready, which saved me time. More
