Patrick answered all questions (I was not sure of all of the new safety features and electronics, as my last car purchase was in 2006). Patrick clarified all paper work. Next day, I returned with my finance information (if I had been ready the day before I would not have needed a second visit. Car was again washed, tank filled, electronics set up and was inspected with me prior to leaving dealership. Emails even after purchase have been quickly answered. I could not believe how promptly and sincerely my concerns were addressed. I felt I could as anything which is important because cars and car buying today is complicated! I had a really bad experience at Ganley Honda, and ended up walking out after being there I have been shopping for a new mini van for a few weeks now. I had a really bad experience at Ganley Honda, and ended up walking out after being there for 2+ hours with my 4 small children. I walked into Sunnyside, and Ron immediately saw that I didn't have the time to go through a whole sales spiel. He worked really hard with me via email and phone to get me the car I wanted, with good financing, at an acceptable price. I will continue to purchase all of my future vehicles through Ron Swetland at Sunnyside. I was so appreciative that he told me that he was going to work his hardest on getting a car and the details squared away, and the best part was that I didn't have to hang out for hours with my 4 crazy boys!
