Effortless Buying Experience with John Hall When I started my Car Buying experience, I was unsure of what kind of car I wanted. I just new that I wanted a new SUV. I shopped around and the Toyota Dealership was next. My Salesperson's name was John Hall and I would certainly recommend John to anyone looking for a assistance buying a new car. I met with John twice and the 1st visit was just a Q&A session. and even though I was not purchasing a car right then and there John still took his time to explain the difference between cars and answer all of my questions. I had shopped at several other dealerships prior to Sunnyside Toyota and the level of customer service was not up-to-par. John is a great representation of Excellent Customer Service and I am more than satisfied with my experience and car purchase. More

I can't imagine going anywhere else to buy a Toyota! SO ... we left the house in Ethel (our 15 year old Toyota Highlander) "just to look"! About 3 hours later we drove home in our new Rav4! How in the SO ... we left the house in Ethel (our 15 year old Toyota Highlander) "just to look"! About 3 hours later we drove home in our new Rav4! How in the world did that happen? We had planned to enjoy Ethel for at least another 5 years! Here's the story ... We walked into Sunnyside Toyota and were met by a vivacious young woman named Alicia! We expressed our interest in looking at a Rav4. She showed us one that was on the floor and then began to enlighten us as to all it had to offer. Oh how many changes since we purchased our Highlander! What was not to love about a new car! In addition to being so knowledgeable about the car, Alicia understood any restrictions we expressed regarding paying for such a purchase. She was able to work things out to our satisfaction and, voila, we drove home in "Pearl" ! (we chose the color Pearl White) I remember going car shopping from years gone by. Oh how I dreaded it. Pushy sales people pressuring us, telling us their special "deal" would be gone tomorrow. Car shopping was not something I looked forward to. Even though it was after closing time he still took the time to show us everything in the vehicle and did not rush theough it. He answered all of my questions. Dominic was very friendly and gave my wife and I time to talk through financial options and what car to choose. A pressureless conversation lead to us choosing the C-HR.
