I must say I was most pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I received. From the time we walked in the door I could tell the difference. Patrick met us at the door and was attentive and courteous the entire time we were there. He took his time to listen to what we were looking for and to explain every step. He matched us with the perfect Rav4. We met with Jordan in the finance department to sign our paperwork and he explained everything clearly to us and answered every question we had. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Sunnyside Toyota and will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle. More

Fantastic customer service In the past we had not had very positive experiences with looking for a new car at other dealerships and our expectations were not very high going in. In the past we had not had very positive experiences with looking for a new car at other dealerships and our expectations were not very high going in. However, from the time we got there until the time we left with our new Toyota Rav4 we are happy to say that Sunnyside Toyota our experience here was very different. We were met at the door by Patrick Van Deusen who was our sales rep. He was very nice and took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and after we took our test drive he let us know every step of the way what he was doing and what was coming up next. After all the paperwork was done we went back to financing and spoke with Jordan Baker and signed all our contracts and agreements. He explained each paper in detail so we knew exactly what we were signing. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others and when the time comes to purchase another car will go back here. More

Ron followed up by email, and was very responsive with any questions I had. He even made me a personalized video showing me the car again and letting us know that he really wanted our business. We were so impressed with his customer service that we ended up picking the Corolla even though another place had a cheaper deal, but had very poor customer service there. We know if we ever have any issues, Ron will do everything to help us out! More

He let us know there was great interest, and in the short amount of time was willing to have us come in and see him. It was a very great experience. Patrick was very patient with us having our 1 yr. old with us, and it we needed to take a break for a moment. It was very pleasant and easygoing since we knew what we wanted, and Patrick helped ease us through the process. I applaud his professionalism, and empathy for a new family, in helping decided on our newer vehicle. Brian in finance was also very pleasant and helpful. Sunnyside having a play area for kids, and available beverages were also of great appeal. Overall, very good experience, and I highly recommend. As an aside, the fundraiser was a very nice opportunity to give back to the community, and our daughters first picture with Santa was also very nice. Thanks Patrick, and everyone else at Sunnyside.
