My 5th Toyota! I have been with Toyota for over a decade and have used Sunnyside for four of my five vehicles. Each time they have been extremely patient and helped meet the needs of my family. Joel has been my guy for years and when I returned to see him this past holiday weekend, he was swamped. Instead of having my 9 year old and me wait so he could "make a sale", he had Ron take over. I was apprehensive at first because I wasn't sure if he would have the patience for all of my questions and my daughter sitting there. Turns out, Ron was great! He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and walked me through all of the features on the vehicle. Most importantly, he was awesome with my daughter tagging along. So much so, she didn't even complain one time! I will continue to return to Sunnyside to see Joel and Ron! More

Specifically, their Toyota dealership in North Olmsted. This was my third purchase through these dealerships. Their commitment to unwavering customer service, intimate details of my wants and needs provided a platinum level of interaction with John Hall being my point man in this transaction. John was my previous sales men for my previous lease that I turned in. His ability to work around my busy schedule and ability to find the exact model of Tundra, with tailored additions to my needs and desires, only emphasizes his commitment to excellence. Johns knowledge of my personal taste allowed him to find a tundra that was minimally outside of our original projected parameters for this truck. Yet, his prompt communication allowed for a quick response to his inquiry on the changes and allowed us ample time to discuss what the benefits of these alterations, let alone minimal cost difference were to me. His turn around from final decision to delivery was in the magnitude of few days. His delivery was tailored to my time constraints with simple elegance, which I first experienced in my purchase of an Audi from their Middleburg Heights dealership. Johns performance, has only tempered and galvanized my commitment to being a Sunnyside costumer for future purchases. Olmsted for helping to make my most recent car purchase this past weekend a very pleasant and fun experience. The moment I first walked through the doors, I was impressed. The showroom is very clean and presentable, there is a nice beverage and snack bar, and their outdoor car lot is huge with a fantastic selection of beautiful new and used cars. Aside from this, it is the friendly and helpful staff mentioned that impressed me the most. The first person I met was Al. He was awesome. He took such great care of us from start to finish, was easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, and made test driving their cars a lot of fun. When we then narrowed down our search to the one car I absolutely fell in love with and wanted, Bob the manager worked with us to negotiate an acceptable trade-in value for my car, which I truly appreciated. When we finally sat down with Brian in finance, he was obviously knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and provided many options for me to choose from that ultimately made purchasing my dream car possible.
