I’m usually greeted with someone who knows more than I do about my service, but this time I was greeted by someone who said, “What are you here for?” The service went well, but I was not given the usual work order print out I usually receive. Brought my car in for recall work after being contacted by the dealership several times to schedule. Was due for regular maintenance so I requested that while it was in for recall work. When I came to pick by the dealership several times to schedule. Was due for regular maintenance so I requested that while it was in for recall work. When I came to pick up the car, I was told the recall part was out of stock, so the recall work wasn’t done, but I paid for the very expensive maintenance which wasn’t the primary reason for my visit. Now I have to reschedule and use another day to have the recall work done. The service department blamed the mixup on a computer software issue which shut down the dealership computers. How hard is it to call the parts department to ask if you have the part you have been pestering me to have replaced? More

Beware of Westside Toyota and their shady sales tactics. Their advertised online pricing doesn't contain a $995 ceramic coat or a $495 "Nitrogen Protection Plan", so what you see online isn't accurate. Sure Their advertised online pricing doesn't contain a $995 ceramic coat or a $495 "Nitrogen Protection Plan", so what you see online isn't accurate. Sure, they hide this in the fine print at the bottom of the website and make it sound like it's your fault that you didn't know about it. While test driving a used car, our sales rep Courtney was polite and helpful at first, but brought on high-pressure sales tactics when we sat down to talk price. Sure, they low-balled my trade and quickly came up another $4,000 after I had competing offers. But, as soon as I protested the add-ons she quickly fired back "Well what's it going to take to get this deal done?" in a snarky tone. She was adamant that the $495 protection plan was mandatory after berating us saying "I'm sure you read this on our website, didn't you?" My wife was shocked at how bad the experience was. We went to a dozen other dealers after this and Westside was the only one we encountered that had sneaky add-ons. Glad we went elsewhere for our car, and we'll never be back. More

This is a wonderful dealership with excellent employees. The facility is lovely, spacious, and extremely clean. I took my new RAV4 in for a "Pre Collision Malfunction" after scheduling to bring it in, they called and said they were busy and couldn't get to my vehicle that day. They fixed it the next day but failed t after scheduling to bring it in, they called and said they were busy and couldn't get to my vehicle that day. They fixed it the next day but failed to return a call to find out what they did before I picked it up. When I picked it up, I was told it was recalibrated it and said it was fixed. I drove 2 hours, parked it and when I started it there was the same error message... Called for service and They said a manager would call me back. After leaving three messages in four days, I still have yet to be called back. Worst customer service! More
